I say you have at least a 50 percent chance in getting it by NEXT ice fishing season. For the first time, I actually think May end up receiving a 2023 model.
I mean, if I don't have it by fall I almost just assume take a MY23 next spring. Hate to get it at Christmas and have a Northeast winter be its maiden voyage.

I got the same one late last night! The first communication. Doesn't seem like the message should feel this good, but it's been radio silence for so long that this is almost exciting.

Only thing I can say is that they were only scheduling 4 product lines, Maverick being one. We had 1 out of 9 allocations schedule Thursday.
Thanks Tim - hope you had a great vacation. You certainly deserve it.

The message had a "View online" link on the upper right, and the link was dead. Great metaphor for the Maverick buying experience. @Ford Motor Company . Thanks for dropping a line, not a bad first attempt at some communication.

I was in PR while I was in the Army. I was Reenlistment NCO and a Recruiter along with Training and Operations NCO, plus other Additional Duties that were PR related along with being an M60 and M1A1 tank crewman and Tank Commander.
Sounds like that was a full-time job(s)!! Thank you for your service. I hope a Maverick in no way reminds you of a tank. Except, hopefully, for durability and off-road use if that is your thing.

I was just excited to get something from Ford. At least I know there is still hope. CG Lariat FE all the bells and whistles. October 4 order.

So has anyone contacted Ford to find out what the hell this email is about?

Yep, exact same thing. I ordered December of 2021 and haven't heard anything since from my dealer or Ford but then again, I haven't expected to either. My dealer was very upfront with possible wait times and gave me a 5-7 month minimum wait time. The way things are going I just assumed I'd be getting a 2023 model. That being said I'm prepared to wait. I couldn't believe it when I saw the email notification from Ford official, but my balloon was popped rather quickly. The email tells me absolutely nothing, but it's nice to hear from them, I guess?
Ditto, except I didn't order until Jan. I'll wait for the truck I want. but as you said, "nice to hear from them, I guess?"

I responded with, "Dear Ford, Thank you for this communication. I will be taking this approach to my payment towards this vechicle. I know you will be anticipating payments on a regular basis but I'm currently experience my own supply chain issues with my wife and her Amazon spending. Thank you for your patience as I work towards a solution." lol

It was an automated thank you for your patience message. What it probably should have said is "stop calling us every week, stop harassing your salesman every day, we will get your truck to you as soon as possible"

Haven’t received this (yet). Have xlt hybrid lux ordered July 21. Been at priority 2 for a couple of months. Nothing from Ford since order confirmation
I have never received a single email from ford, not even this blanket email. I know they have my email address. Just for some reason I do not get emails?

I would call Ford Customer Service to make sure your order is confirmed.

I have a deposit down on a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XLE AWD that is supposed to be delivered to the dealer next Monday. At the rate Ford is going I should have plenty of time to drive the RAV4 and decide if I want to keep it or trade/sell it and get the Maverick when it finally gets produced.
I was going to do that, but they wanted to tack on an additional 4k 😞

You mind me asking how long it took to get the RAV4?
