Well complain that you dont think the email is working. Ask them to verify your email. Then add some flare like I just wait and get disappointed. They say here is a $100 gift to spend on Merch. That way you can rock it without a vehicle.

I got my email from Ford for the $100 Gift Card after I called!!! At least it is something....
Still waiting for my July 7 XLT Hybrid order, hopefully I get 2 emails from Ford today!!!

I just asked about the status. The guy said he was checking it and then I got cut off by them (stayed connected but nobody there for 20 minutes - just a deadline). I called back and the next person gave me what info she could and then offered the gift card, maybe because of being cutoff. I didn't really complain too much other than expressing that it has been tough waiting this long. But mostly was positive with them. I think ford is aware of the growing discontent and is just trying to be proactive.

I got excited earlier when I saw an email supposedly from "Ford Motors" Seems to be some kind of evil joke but not really from Ford and just said "Haha." Anyone else get one? I am a member of several Maverick groups and looks like someone having some fun.

Well, I mentioned before that every Ford Motor Company Post on Facebook, regardless of model get an angry emoji from me with the words.. FORD build my Maverick that I ordered on September 18th . So far Ford Media reached out to me a few times wanting to help.. by messenger.. when they check they give me the old keep in touch with your dealer... I tell them I don't speak Kilingon... Try it.

I am starting to wish I had just bought a Tesla. I received a confirmation from ford but my sales rep never gave me an order number or dealer code so ford can’t look anything up. My sales rep has been less than helpful since putting my order in. This cartel style dealership model really needs to end.

One of the first time I called they were able to look up my info without the order and dealer code. Probably just depends on who answers the call and how helpful they want to be.
