My suggestion to anyone who's frustrated with waiting, especially all of you June orders, is to write to these two Ford executives and let them know your customer experience has not been what you expected. Will they schedule you right away? No guarantees there, but at least you're letting them know that you as a Ford customer are not pleased with the ordering system and that seeing others get scheduled before you isn't right or fair. Allocations be damned! Ford is saying they believe that they will be able to build most, if not all, of the MY22 orders then why aren't they scheduling the oldest orders first? The only folks that should be worried if the order will get built are those who ordered last, no those who ordered first! Below are the contacts.

Seriously hoping I get my email saying I'm up to be built.. 11 months waiting is enough...

Original order date June 14
Hybrid XLT, sibl, lux pkg, 360.
I feel your pain along with the others that have posted here. Ordered last week of June. Hybrid XLT, Lux and floor liners. I have seen 6 Mavs so far traveling thru my town here in da U.P. Talked with a Hybrid owner getting gas next to me last month. Almost same build as mine. He ordered in Oct., has been driving it since early January. Got it at a huge Ford dealer in Ann Arbor, MI. Growled all the way home after. Zappno83, where in Michigan are you ?

Im in lower Michigan, Milford area. Ordered mine from Hines park ford of New Hudson which I thought was a fairly large volume dealer to ensure my truck would have a good chance of being built for me as a my22.

The guy I talked to, I think he said Varsity Ford. But his brother is life long buddy of their GM or something. My dealer here is very small. Life long friend also, he is doing all he can for me. My family has been buying Fords from them since 1958. They have owned it since 1955.

Wow that is a long time. You'd figure someone with that long of business partnership they'd have something to offer you and be able to get a good standing on your order. Unfortunately I'm feeling like it's all the dealers with huge amounts of business and revenue for Ford are the ones who get 1st priority and the smaller dealers in low volume areas get pushed to the back burner

I have been a PC 2 for sometime. They did get a XLT awd about two weeks ago. They only had 6 orders for their customers for MY22. I do have an extra vehicle to drive so I have alittle more patience than many others waiting. But, "I think it's going to be a long, long time'. Elton John/Rocket Man, wife and I saw him in Detroit 2/8.

I think they should do something for those of us who have been waiting since June! Ticks me off when people who ordered in October already have their truck. So even if we (June orders) get build dates next week, it'll be over a year since we ordered and received our trucks. At least throw in a SIBL or bed extender, or both. I did write to both above emails. All June people should! We were first, but yet we're last? Ford should throw us a bone.

They are discontinuing the Eco Sport. That is probably the last run where they are using up whatever parts they already have made until the run out.
What vehicles will Ford still make—just trucks, Broncos, vans, and Mustangs ?

Ford still makes plenty of cars. They just don't sell them here where the buying public has decided they want trucks, three-row SUVs, crossovers, or muscle cars.

If there were no parts shortages and train delays, I wonder if Ford would be having a record year of truck sales with the Maverick, Ranger, F150, and now in May, the Lightning ?
