How far can your Maverick hybrid go on one tank of gas

we picked it up from the dealer on February 2 so we are still getting used to driving it. I keep it in Eco mode. These results are from over 200 miles of highway driving and the rest is local. We do have hills here in East Tennessee so some of it is up and down. We are very happy with it and highly recommend the hybrid Maverick. We are amazed with the MPG results.

Thanks, this was my Uncle’s which he bought new. My brother and I restored it. I did paint and body and he helped me with mechanical. 302, AOD, vintage air, power steering and brakes.

I'm averaging 36.7mpg, so that's about 506.46 miles to a tank. I did a 503.8 fuel up, but I'm probably not going to do another tank drain. I just fuel up around half a tankish (Which will be tomorrow).

If I do only city driving, 600. If I do mixed highway/city driving 50/50, about 500-530.

I easily did 500+ miles on primarily streets on my second tank of gas in the Mav. I'm only at 1100 miles on the odometer, so hope it gets even better.

Looking at your trip info, it looks like you averaged about 25 miles per hour. So it isn’t just driving habits, it also likely due to not a lot of high speed highway miles.

Your thread heading asks a question. I'm on my 4th fill up. Answer; It depends if I want to think about gas mileage. I don't.

I just drive it like I want. When I'm not in a hurry I know it gets over 40. If in a hurry, it doesn't.

I've pulled a trailer with every tank of gas I've had so can't really judge. I do know my Guage is quite accurate. Get over 40 running around town. Get mid 30s on mostly highway. If it's really cold that goes out the window.

Either way since day one I've averaged 31mpg for all miles. Including about 500 miles pulling a trailer and 900 without. My Trip 2 meter has not been reset since I pulled it off the lot.

I filled up today 13.2 gal 645 mi with 6/mi to go to empty all in town here in Moody Alabama mostly flat some hill averaging according to display screen 57.6 mi per/gal but this does not equate out,my math shows me it is getting 49.6 mi per/gal averaging 30 to 45 miles hr.385.1 miles were electric this is my second tank. my first tank was filled up by my ford dealer. And it was3/4 miles on Hwy averaging 60 to 65 miles per hr and 1/4 was in town.it showed average mi per gal at 44.7 mi per/gal. I am so dam happy with this truck,when i filled it up today it cost me 39.00 at BUC/EES 645 miles it passes service station i want to strech that DOLLAR/as far i can .HOT PEPPER RED TINTED CLEAR COAT METALLIC LARIAT/ and it rocks and turns heads yall here me this thing is so awesome!

Never hit 600 miles but 550 no issues mixed driving averaging 42 mpg or so

My old Tacoma got me 13mpg so I'm happy
