Was there no choice in the matter? spray in liner is what you had wanted...there should be some sort of comp for that inconvenience

I was told by my salesmen Ford is not doing factory spray-in Berliners at the moment. He said I can get the Drop-in liner from factory or they can do the spray-in liner at the dealership. I opted to do Drop-in, as I am planning on getting a tonneau cover and am not doing any heavy loading , mostly for small DIY projects and grocery runs.

Interesting......I ordered a spray-in in November.....but I mean I dont even have a VIN yet and no other news....I'm in no rush though

Ordered FE Oct 16 and 3 months later. Bought Black Hybrid XLT with no additional options or option group off lot and pick up Friday. I will drive it for six months until my FE arrives and sell.

I would like to know if you do get your money back. If we were in the US I would say yes, Canada is a different market but possible, especially if 2023 has big enough price increase.

Mine has been at the dealer since before christmas, but is affected by the recall. The dealer says they have 0 information on how long it will be.

Yup Hybrid XLT, Carbonized grey, Bed extender and window deflectors. Pretty boring build but looking forward to getting a small truck again.

I received an update from my dealer. I have been informed that my Maverick is set to arrive January 15th. Will keep you all posted if it actually comes then!

We pick up our XL Hybrid in NS tomorrow and bring it to PEI. There is already 1 here on PEI (at least) for a couple of weeks now. These were dealer stock orders going to NS that we each found in inventory and were able to purchase. I have a 400+ km return trip home with it tomorrow. I will give an update on how it all went. Any questions on how it all went down, let me know....

I have one coming to me via dealer Monday. I got lucky in NB. A dealer had someone cancel an order. Found it on their website as new stock. Also had one available in NS. The ford website showed available stock. I emailed.. Next morning they offered it to me. Oddly enough I had already started the purchase on the other one more local to me. Crazy
