I doubt it - therefore Ford is never called in on 15 min warranty jobs for a bad battery.
There are no buy backs on that.

You are called in after other techs have done the software updates on a truck that was towed in because the battery drained overnight.
And it happened again - now your skilled troubleshooting is brought into play - truck systems are investigated - Ford engaged - buy back potential because of 3rd time in for this drain situation.
Your engagement is likely limited scope for what you get to see.

You'll never see this other issue if you don't recognize that limitation.
But cashier dollars to donuts in the break room - you got it on your truck.
Depending on where you live, there are lemon laws. The dealer is on the hook if yours falls within the critiera.

I would have no problem thanking Ford for there due diligence if or when I hear from Ford or one of there representatives saying,: we have seen on some ford mav hybrids that the charging system is not charging to the correct voltage when the SOC reaches over 90%.
And here is what we are going to do to fix it and this is what its going to charge to.

Or we found on your mav hybrid that your ACCM software is corrupt and we need to update it. this is what it is doing now, and this is what we are going to do, and when were done it will not drain after the power is turned off.

And stop giving this story of "you need to drive more".
Then we should return with a reply, then sell me a vehicle that doesn't have a minimum run time.
Should that be a question that we ask the salesman when were interested in a ford mav hybrid? " Does this truck have a minimum run time to charge the battery?

Give us ford mav hybrid owners some credit that we know whats going on with out truck.
We are not a bunch of dummies.

I can guarantee you 9 out of 10 Ford salespersons will look at you befuddled. The solo one will call the service department and ask that question...

Ok parked the truck at 97% last night, and set parking brake. This morning 97%

The previous night 99% no parking brake and 94% yesterday morning
Now see if there is a pattern or series of coincidences.

1 is a fluke.
2 in a row is coincidence.
3 in a row is a pattern.
10 is a row is solid theory.
100 in a row is proof.

the 92% discharging while running is 100% proven does it every stinking time.

Well, it does not matter if you had every recall done or not, unless you had the ACCM updated, then nothing that they did would have affected the battery issue. The most recent update involves the ACCM and the Abs. Modules being done simultaneously. Unfortunately, most dealerships probably don't even do that because Ford issued it as a special service message rather than a technical support bulletin. Unfortunately, many texts don't even read those. So unless you specifically mention the air condition control module are they specifically mentioned they had updated it, then nothing was done for that issue
I'm just about to go in and get the camera update. I'd like to get whatever SSMs are available for my 2023 hybrid done while it's still under the 36 month warranty. I'm also tired of the lack of interior lights that come on despite keeping it on a charger when parked in my garage.

What are the SSMs that I can reference to update the ACCM and ABS module as you wrote in this post? A quick google search shows these, not sure how accurate:

SSM 53087
SSM 53801
SSM 54519
SSM 54785

How would you go about asking for them to be done so they don't defer/refuse? Also would you wait on these as my warranty expires in September so I have four more months.

Call the OTA division of Ford (833) 389-0848 and ask for all the required software updates for your vehicle. They'll open a case, and then you go to the dealer with your case number, they can't refuse they have to do them. OTA will follow up with you.

That's how I got 12 software updates done May of last year when 2 different dealers refused to do them.
The more important question is, do you now have interior lights?? lol

I've never had an issue with interior lights or sleep mode, etc.
I was adamant about updating everything last year because I read on everything these trucks were doing. People gave me hell me wanting everything updated, but It's seemed to have helped.
