Yeah, I almost upgraded to the 2025 because I like the larger screen and the AWD option for the hybrid, both things I wanted for mine. Between the higher prices, the lower resale, and just the amount of issues I have had, I won't be getting another one. I did play to keep it for awhile because I did the ceraminc coating, the PPF (both things I never did before) and I added the auto-dimming mirror. I have added more things to my truck than any other vehicle and it will all be for nothing.People like to post those trips where a combination of factors may give a 50mpg reading. But it would seem that it is unlikely for most people to see that.
Best I've done over a significant amount of the tank with in town driving is about 41mpg. Especially on the highway, it IS truck shaped.
There are a few features on the Lariat I wish I had and I would be happier with, but it is too late now6000 miles and 13 months into this vehicle, I may never get another truck. Unless it is stolen or something, I don't plan to wear it out. If it doesn't hold up I would get a different brand next time.
