Go into chase branch bank and ask for assistance, officer can access your auto account online and call the appropriate department.
OR
go to chase auto online and send message to request info. This will document your request in your auto loan folder. Depending on your state the actual physical title may not have been printed yet so you may only be able to get a certificate showing you are owner(s) and bank is lienholder. Certificate may be obtainable from Wisconsin DMV also?

Hmmm maybe this search tool will tell you which chase location or contractor is holding your title. Appears to me that chase gets data delivered to them electronically implying that no paper title may actually exists. Chase then may print title and/or release when paid off??? I have one of mine financed at another bank with a year left. Will have to pull my records to see where my physical title is. Good luck.....

Different than this state. Here if you’re financing through someone they hold the title until it’s paid up.

In Texas: I hold title with lien holder shown. I can get certified copy from state showing lien holder or not if he has electronically released lien. Some send paper release which I have to send with fee to state to get clear title.
