🙋‍♂️ What did you do TO / WITH your Maverick today?

Installed floor liners on the 2025 Maverick XLT we brought home yesterday.

If I had to do again I’d probably go with Weathertech instead.

Dealer did not know how to use points for purchase. Used them for floor liners and with 15% promotion my net cost was still $58

With multiple incentives, dealer discount and military coupon price before doc fee $798, registration, tax, miscellaneous state fees was $30,940.00.

OTD was $34,481.04.

BTW wife traded her Maverick for Subaru Crosstrek.

It comes with drain hoses, but I have the drop in shell liner so the drain holes are blocked. I could've removed the shell and drilled out a hole to run the drain hoses through the shell, but I live in a very dry area (only 10-15" of rain per year, about the same as San Diego) so I didn't see the point. If I start noticing a lot of water with what little rain we do get then I'll make those holes in the shell to run the drain hoses.

I just did a Ford liner and a RC cover. The sides of the bed liner have the hole center marked for the drain grommets on the inside, so its pretty easy once you pop off the side walls

Not today but last week. Did the plug in hybrid mod. I only put on about 4K miles a year so need to keep the battery topped up. It's soooo nice just plugging in vs popping the hood and fishing for the jump points and reversing the process to drive!

Skiing in CA. Good to have three able bodies to dig out every time we park. The truck goes where we tell it once we get it dug out.

As predicted, checked the bed cover off the list. My next 2 projects are adding heated seats/wheel, and speaker upgrades. Since we're almost out of winter (70F in St. Louis tomorrow), I'll likely go for the speakers.

Window tint today on 1 day old ‘26. I generally have the front door windows tinted to match the factory dark rears, but on this truck the rear door windows are really light even though they state 22. So I had the fronts done at 20 and a lighter tint applied to the rear (3) to net about a 20 all around. Pics tomorrow…..
