Just crossed 10k miles and I'm still averaging 27-30mpg. Probably 50% driving on two lane rural highways, 30% around town, and 20% on interstates. Just towed a trailer (~2400lbs) the other day for the first time and averaged 19.3 mpg on the trip.

Non ethanol gas isn't available here in NorCal. That's probably why I was unfamiliar with that term.

Ten years ago on a trip to Texas I bought some non-ethanol gas in Arizona while driving a 2001 Taurus. The cost per gallon was way cheaper than just across the border in California and my MPG jumped considerably, like an extra 8 miles per gallon.

Not sure if my 2023 Maverick 2.0 EB would have a similar increase using non-ethanol gas.
Well, I don't want to get a long debate going, but you should get more mileage with it as it contains more energy. Also less corrosion in some parts of the fuel system-and also makes the motor run better. (Higher octane 89-thats right in the manual.) Having said that, the amount of mileage saved does not equal the added cost per gallon. If it did, I would use it exclusively. In the end 87 regular does just fine...thought I would add that last line just to stave off the debators.

500 mile club? Had to drive across the state and back today. Filled up on midgrade fuel (89 octane) right next to the highway and went on my journey. Was averaging between 33.2 and 33.6 but by the time I got to my driveway it was sitting at 33.0. Between 68mph and 74mph the whole way. Looks like I could've made it about 520 miles on the tank if I maintained my pace.

For you fellow Oregonians, that would mean you could leave from Portland and make it to Boise or Redding and still have about 60 miles left in your tank.

Key fob starts from inside the warm house, 10-15 minute warm ups. Windshield clears itself, mostly.

Nice warm seat and steering wheel when I get in.
Mpg’s are down to 25 now. I’m happy.
Don’t use Non ethanol in the thick winter air, no need. Driving easy, regular gas till late spring

I don’t need the 93 octane extra power never did. My Turbo keeps me peppy.
:’P

Lariat spoiled I am :D

I still get about 32 mpg average with just under 40K miles on the odometer. Still on the continentals. Mostly rural highway. 87 from Costco.

I've got close to 33 on long trips but that doesn't last long. Ill start at 70 mph until I get passed, then I follow that car until I get passed again. By the time I'm doing 90, my milage has dropped to around 28.

22-24 around my small town with some highway driving.

27-28 highway and 28-29+ using premium Top Tier fuel. We are talking 75-80 mph driving (sometimes higher) not 55 in the left lane with the left turn signsl on.

Today's road trip with my '24 Lariat Tremor. 27.2 over 565 miles, cruise set at 75 most all the time. I'm OK with this.

Not bad at all. That's just a couple of mpg lower than in my hybrid at the same speeds. It's when city or suburban driving is in the mix that the hybrid QUICKLY shines. But if all my driving was highway, my hybrid wouldn't have enough advantage to justify it.

Now at 3 1/2 years old and 17k miles my overall average is showing 28.6 mpg. I’ve only managed one 500+ miles per full tank of 87 octane fuel. That was 505 miles at 31 mpg and all highway driving at 60 to 70 mph. ( ideal conditions )
