I updated to v2.3.70 the newest and now it don't work. I was trying to get it to read signs and it won't even load the as built

I did just runs a couple things then it says there is a dtc code of 160 i believe and won't do anything. I put my code reader on and there is nothing. Load the saved configuration for my maverick
Have you used Forscan to change your tire size?

No that is what popped up. I just went in to have it recognize traffic signs and all i got was 2 round circles on the instrument panel. Do you know how to correct it?

No I don’t. I don’t have a lot of experience with Forscan. I’ve only used it to make two changes. Up the state of charge to 90%, and turn off the horn when the panic button is pressed.
If your truck starts and runs normally, I guess worst case is you’ll have to live with the blank circles. Or take it to the dealer and pay to have them re-flash the affected modules.
Do you have any outstanding software recalls? If so, that might be your best bet. When the dealer flashes a software update, that is notorious for undoing Forscan changes.
If you have a paid Forscan license, you might get support from them.
Or try the the Forscan forum. Yesterday it was down due to a DoS attack, but it is back now. You’ll need a paid license to post, but anyone can browse.

The forscan I installed was 2.3.68.release.exe. Which was to one on this thread. the one I had other issue was the most current. There are no recalls on my 24 Lariat

OK I fixed it. I disconnected the 12V battery for a few minutes and it worked fine I was able to program traffic signs, Then after a short drive to see if it worked It did but they are European style round signs. Then I went to change that, and it was just as before with the DTC code, so I will disconnect the battery to get the traffic sign to look like ours. after a lot of searching I found that the vehicles don't like changes, so they throw that tire DTC code 160A. Now to figure out how to get the sign to change to American.
