I think this is the same intercooler displayed at SEMA as part of the 300T Performance Package? DrEvil will certainly have the eye witness proof:)

It has been confirmed that you can buy parts of the 300T separately ala carte - this may be one of the few parts that will work for 22-24 MYs though. The Ford Performance Emblem is another:)
Well , being an attorney I hate eyewitness proof lol. Pictures show that is the manufacturer of what was displayed at sema. But only a fool would assume that will be the final production manufacturer. We will see when the package is released. Ford could easily change their manufacture to increase their ROI.

How does this benefit stock Ecoboost’s ?
I’m assuming it’s for extreme heat conditions like the desert ?
The one put into my 1985 Ford Ranger SVO (1987 T-Bird 2.3L with Intercooler).
Ford Maverick New Ford Racing Intercooler (Mishimoto) for 2.0 EcoBoost Maverick Opus1_2.3L Turbo_Intercooler-Detail

Was, Under the hood..

I take the location of the Mav's to be, under the Grille??

I think this is well worth money, I so wish I would’ve waited and bought this instead of the CB fab intercooler. Yes, the Ford intercooler is around twice the price . But you don’t have to cut the front bumper cut the active grill shutters and do not have to cut the mounting tabs off the radiator. If I ever wanted to go back to stock, it would cost me more than $1000 to replace all the parts I cut.
Not to mention how much work it would be to go back to stock and I’m wondering what my trade-in is now that the front of my truck’s all cut up.
Plus with the Ford intercooler you shouldn’t have any problems with the factory warranty.
The only issue would be you would need the AC evacuated and recharged when you’re done.

Why do you say that? I don’t see any mention of it in the instructions.

Dyno is worthless to measure effectiveness of racing brake pads & intercoolers etc.
Then how about 1/4 mile #'s

this is part of 300T package- $1000 intercooler +tune $1000? +2.3 Turbo $2500? + install $2500?= around $7000 for 50 hp. If you get the Lobo suspension and brakes I would say around $9000.

The vehicle fitment hasn't been set up for it, but it fits all non-tremor 2022 - 2025 2.0L Mavericks.

No one is going to be able to give you any of that, because these things are almost always used with a tune. It's a hard sell if you're just going to run a stock truck with it. You "might" get some butt-dyno snappiness, but you can get that for a lot cheaper.

From the Steeda website: "Back to back pulls, hot weather, and towing can lead to increased intake temperatures and the engine reducing power to keep the engine safe. Upgrading to a larger intercooler keeps temperatures in a optimal range for longer and allows you to make more consistent power and keep your engine safe."

this is part of 300T package- $1000 intercooler +tune $1000? +2.3 Turbo $2500? + install $2500?= around $7000 for 50 hp. If you get the Lobo suspension and brakes I would say around $9000.
Not that the 300T doesn't have more goodies, but you can get 50hp for 10% of your $7,000 number with just a tune, installed yourself.

The 25 has a different turbo than the 22-24. And the upcoming 2.3L turbo included in the 300T package will make 3 different turbos compatible with this intercooler? I don’t know how tunes work but I think it would be required?

Mustang 2.3 and Maverick 2.0 are MPC generation designs. The 300 T was designed around this engine design. Any Maverick EB prior to '25 is the older engine design.

Larger, more efficient intercoolers are not about making power, they are about sustaining power. EcoBoost 2.0s tend to heat soak badly, even after just one pull; this intercooler will help stabilize your intake temps. Adda tune, and you'll make consistently more power.
Bolt-on with no cutting makes the biggest deal to me, but alas, not for Tremor

Paste "Ford Racing Intercooler" in a search window and you will find a $150 FMC discount coupon that reduces the Mishimoto price to $850.00. Accrue points???
