On my '24, I can navigate in my information display to Settings > Information > Intelligent AWD, and it shows active power distribution while driving. As other have said, it normally only distributes power to the rear wheels when accelerating from slow speeds.
I got a smoking deal on that MRT when it came out. The sound is solid, and it looks pretty sick when the water vapor rolls out of it in the morning. But this single tip would look better on an off road rig. Think I might grab the aFe while Panda still has it on sale; that's what I really wanted...
It's definitely the way to go if you don't want the risk or look of cutting. I'm not crazy about the branding, but I get it. It would be better if part of "Ford Performance" wasn't right under the center plastic bumper support. Ford's currently offering 15% off with code redeem126...
The CRP released their stage 2 turbo package with a 48.5/61 compressor wheel. It runs $995 for a rebuild. Not sure I want to fool with that right now. Maybe when I'm closer to the end of my warranty.

No tune is needed, but it certainly can make a noticeable improvement, especially in shifting. A 2.5" exhaust should be plenty, maybe not if your going super heavy on the engine mods (big turbo, etc.), though.
According to a Ford Maverick engineer in August, it just has a transmission tune.
"It’s the same eight-speed transmission we have today. There’s a couple of trans ratios that for drivability and fuel economy that make sense, but for pure performance, the ratios are too close so if you’re near...
Cheaper than a Corsair 2.3 turbo, easier to source, and slightly larger (not to mention you don't have to replace any lines). Yeah, sounds like a home-run.
I'd certainly go with S&B. The main difference is the S&B replaces the factory intake scoop with a larger one. I'm sticking with a drop-in filter unless I end up upgrading other engine components as I'm not convinced it would make enough of difference to justify $350+.
@TORQUERULES Did you have any trouble trimming the bumper? Most Mavericks I've seen with a CVF intercooler look trashy, or they cut out the intercooler grill entirely.
I love the idea of auto start-stop. It saves fuel, reduces emissions, and ultimately keeps gas vehicles on the road longer.
With my Maverick, though, the engine sometimes shuts off even when I'm at a stop sign, or kicks back on after a few seconds at a stop light. I use one of the eliminator...
@EONR24
I've recently disabled mine, and it's quite nice, but I would like the option to use it in heavy traffic. How might I default it to off versus completely disabling it? Thanks for all of your hard work on Forscan.
I'd go with the H&R sport or Good-win springs for ride quality & keeping a rake for towing/hauling. The Steeda springs have an awful lot of dead coils. Their rear sway bar is my favorite mod- almost feels like driving a sedan. The Good-win one is heavy & overbuilt. The strut tower brace gives a...
Big news! Snow climate customers will love it, as well as those who want to tow and get great fuel economy. I bet the demand will be huge, depending on pricing. The headlights are slowly growing on me, but I'm still leery of giant touch screens with climate control.
If I had room in the budget for a second vehicle, I'd add a nice motorcycle or maybe a ND3 Miata. Affordable, modern, unique experience, and could fit in the garage.
I think the three grills look high tech & sharp, fitting in a world with EVs.
They also seem higher flow. Are mavericks getting too hot? Is it for better areo? Is the 2.3L coming? Or is it just prototyping?
There is a default timeout, but it is also limited by the battery monitoring system. If it was shutting off immediately, it was likely in deep sleep mode.
