Good job and a few things to add.

Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control should also available even though it isn't documented.

I can verify for sure that it is an option in the CC menu that can be turned on with forscan.

To make it work you'll first need to make sure you have traffic sign recognition working.
Then you'll need to enable the option in the IPC module and finally the BCM module setting that you changed for ACC has another forscan settable value for ACC with IACC. When I looked into this awhile back I found that the ABS values at address 760 03 02 were the same for a Maverick Lariat with ACC and an Escape with IACC so that address shouldn't need to be changed.

So what exactly is IACC well in a nutshell it adjusts the cruise control speed to whatever a posted speed limit is whenever TSR reads any speed limit sign.

Maverick 2022XL, do you know if IACC can be utilized since I "don't" have "navigation?" I have iACC on my center cluster driver options engaged, however when I try to actually activate the cruise on my steering button while driving, I get a warning "not available" or something similar. It then just defaults to adaptive CC. Thanks!

The Ford Escape Radar mount works with the first gen Mavericks to mount infront of the intercooler.

When I initially did the install, I noticed there was receptacles for the mounts. I ordered one of these Raptor grills and got the mount, everything works great!

You do have to do a little trimming and the cover situation isn't as easy but it looks decent. Good option for the Raptor grill installers.
Do you have a picture of what you cut here? Or did you just remove the whole piece? Trying to see if I can just cut without removing the bumper.

I don't recommend cutting that with it installed, directly behind it is part of the shutter system for the intercooler and there is a good chance you will cut into it. It sucks to do but just remove the bumper. I cut that entire yellow section out and then some on the top as bottom as well to fit the mount. You can remove that whole plastic peice with clips on either side.

Has anybody had an issue with DIY ACC/Lane Centering after a dealer visit?
I got all the recalls done finally but when I got the truck back and put the same FORScan coding back in my right steering wheel switches aren't working and I cant calibrate the lane centering.

I didnt realize how much I'd miss those features after using them for a year.

What recall was done? The backup camera I don't think effects the programming at all IIRC. I had some done last year that did, but I just re-did all my inputs. Make sure you do them all start to finish in all modules.

There are rudimentary levels of “AI” that are incorporated into the ACC. Should there be issues with memory loss within the ACC re-programming?

I think the “Blue Cruise” makes extensive use of AI learning to function properly. Who came up with with that name? A parent who watched Blues Clues with their child or the now grown up child working at Ford 😂

this has been a huge help, i managed to reflash the maverick firmware on to an Explorer CCM. I have the VIN and Mileage showing properly in forscan.

i think i messed up my As Built values. ive got a few errors IPMA U0420, U2102, U2300 and 1 matching on the CCM.

I just pulled the battery off to see if I can get it to clear. I've got a 22 ecoboost XL with 4k. could use a couple pointers to figure out what i've done wrong.

Finally installed on the bottom of the bumper. Bought a used LB5T-9G768-AB radar from an Escape. Everything seems to work even without flashing. Didn't even level it since it was removed with the bracket.

I got a recall completed on my 2024 XLT and lost my programming.

Is anyone able to share their settings for Forscan for a 2024 XLT?

I acquired this parts list from a 25 Lariat. This might work for the 25+ crowd.

I figured this would happen. (As of now, cruise control and lane assist do not work.)
Ford Maverick DIY HOW TO: Install adaptive cruise control in Maverick Hybrid XLT with Luxury package YziGYTG

"Forward Collision and Adaptive Cruise Control unavailable" messages on the cluster. I tried to mess with the hex coding, but that didn't work. Changed settings on easy mode to enable adaptive cruise in ABS, IPC, SCCM, and IPMA (I think)

The left steering wheel switch only works on one setting (SCCM part number selection on ForScan), and the volume switches change drive modes in that one setting. The actual part number is not an option.

I assume my best bet now is to PMI the IPMA and SCCM with FDRS with a Lariat VIN, and then see if I can disable Park Aid and blind spot settings in the IPMA.

The physical install was easy though. Only problem, I had to take 4 wiring pins out of an old computer power supply to wire into the IPMA connector.

Hi everyone, I'm helping a friend install the ACC retrofit and pins 3 and 11 on the IPMA connector are already populated. Has anyone else encountered this? How should I proceed in this case? The model already came with lane keep assist.
Thanks in advance for any help! :)

On my 2025-
As of right now, the IPMA programming seems to be the only thing holding up progress.
I can set everything up for Adaptive Cruise (with or without Stop & Go), but the IPMA keeps throwing a "configuration incompatible" code and warning lights on the IPC.
I'm wondering if it needs the front park aid sensors to actually work. Or worse- front, rear, and side obstacle sensors.
