Anyone noticed anything odd with the last over the air Update on 2025 Maverick's?

I had an OTA update late last week on my 2025 Maverick Hybrid. Now when I'm playing music, turn off my truck and open the door there's probably a 1 or 2 second delay of the radio playing before the sound turns off. It used to be near instant (assuming the same sensor that detects door ajar also detects to turn off the radio that remains on for a minute or two if the door stays shut.

Anyone else notice wierd things? Am I the only one experiencing this now after the update?

I have a 2025 XLT Hybrid AWD. Also have the update. Haven't noticed anything weird. In fact, it seems to drive a bit better since the update.

Mine feels smoother running, and is getting better MPG. About 47 mpg on this tank so far.

I noticed that in the last day or two on my 2025 XLT. Must be so that you can still enjoy your music as you are actually getting out of the vehicle.

I just got my 2025 Maverick Lariat hybrid a couple weeks ago. It must have already gotten the update because it always has turned off the radio a couple seconds after opening the door. It's cool that the radio keeps playing until the door is opened, but the delay is a bit disconcerting because it makes me think I left the engine running (which I've done a few times already).

Mine reset the range. It was almost like a factory reset. I remember the range said like 285 on my 2025 hybrid with a full tank when I bought it. It did the same thing after the update. My tanks was almost full and said the same thing. It’s back to the normal 600ish now.

This. Mine reset the DTE to 298 (full tank) and then stayed there through 1/2 full, when it started dropping again. Upon refuel, it reset to 560 and seems to drop normally now.

Mine has a slight delay. Hadn't noticed if it did before or not. But most of the other sync 4 vehicles at our dealership have a longer delay than the older sync 3 models.

Yes, I noticed the same issue with the audio system still playing for a few seconds after opening the door. I would doubt that this is intentional, but seems harmless as long as it does turn off eventually. I haven't noticed any other changes.

I wish they would fix the bug with the "My View" settings. My truck still refuses to retain the settings that I select to "Configure My View". It always goes back to the same default settings that it has had since Day 1 no matter which check boxes I choose when I configure it. Many others have this issue. Ford must be getting complaints about this and it can't THAT difficult to fix fergodsakes.

I purchased my 25 Maverick back in March and it always had this delay of the radio turning off a couple of seconds after opening the door. I would love to change this setting in ForScan...I find this delay very annoying!

The delay is probably intentional since it's present on all the sync vehicles I've seen. But I do wish the settings would remain. At the very least, the note to choose to keep the last setting should be longer than a few seconds. You hardly have time to choose "yes" before it goes away. In fact, the seatbelt minder stays visible for a few minutes even if buckled up. That's the one that should go away quickly if everyone is properly buckled. And the choice to keep prior settings should remain as long as the seatbelt indicator stays now

Both my Maverick Lariat hybrid AWD and my F-350 Superduty 6.7L SCLB updated at the same time, so I parked both and went for a motorcycle ride. Both my bikes had problems, so that was short lived.

The night before my Galaxy Fold 6 updated to UI 8.0 and it glitched with the Maverick yesterday evening. I lost the connection to the phone and android exited leaving FORD NAV and the phone call that I was on. I turned off the phone WiFi and back on and all was well again.

While booting up the display touch screen response was slow and jerked for some 10 seconds.

Forscan removes the seatbelt nanny feature among other annoyances.

I wish Ford themselves would offer the ability to turn off the indicator when the belts are fastened. I don't mind the warning if it isn't fastened. That's the purpose. But why do I need the reminder to be in my face at all if I'm buckled up. It makes no sense.
