  1. Front passenger door is inset / not level with the A-pillar

I looked at mine as well, and the RH Front Door is also inset to be sub-flush. In my experience (I've been involved in these exact issues, both Design and Plant Engr), there are many possible reasons that this is occurring. Too many to list here, but here are some: Yes, the Hinge may be...
  2. Apparently this is a thing, can’t be legal… full LED RGB tail lights

This reminds me of the "edgy" rendering sketches that are done by the Studio designers to develop a "Theme" for vehicle designs. 80% of them look completely ridiculous, like the way they dress. These "artist" guys are the opposite of engineers.
  3. Never keep pumping gas after the nozzle clicks!!â›˝

I had a 2004 Taurus that would take about 4 more gallons after the click. The gas gage would not even be at Full. So I would obviously top that off until I saw gas in the pipe. I learned how to press the lever just slightly so that it would not click off and the last 4 gallons would take a...
  4. Front passenger door is inset / not level with the A-pillar

I’m of the opposite opinion- if the door is inset too far inboard then it probably won’t leak because the seal is being compressed more into the seal gap between the door inner and body. It may contribute to higher door closing efforts, too. It’s a trade off of appearance (margin & flushness)...
  5. Center infotainment display setup

Exactly. I’m not trying to argue, but the picture you’re showing is a CarPlay screen. When I am driving not using CarPlay, it shows Sirius Audio on the left 80% of the screen and the small window on the right 20%. So the button you pointed to is not displayed unless CarPlay is enabled. I...
  6. Theft attemp, can Lariat be hacked without key

Yes, I will also often grab the fob and hit the lock button before bed, watching for the taillights to flash.
  7. 1000 mile trip and I only average 24mpg. No matter if I go 55, 65, 75, or 85. This is what I get?

When you say you “check it”, check it how? Are you just looking at the trip computer estimate? Or are you doing it old school, by ensuring it’s full before you leave, filling up the same way before and after, and dividing miles driven by gallons pumped at fill up? Because old school is the...
  8. Spray Lining Truck Bed / pics attached

This would be a good question to ask the customer in advance if you want to remove and replace them yourself vs having a dissatisfied customer after purposely “hiding the weenie”. Because they admitted to know that removing them is the proper way. They just took the cowards way out.
  9. Center infotainment display setup

I can do this with CarPlay. But I usually don’t use CarPlay. I thought the previous method was showing the non-CarPlay screen?
  10. To me the most difficult part of the truck is the Dashboard.

Ford has a specification for A-Plr width. They won’t release a design if it’s too wide. Adding the visor is the deal breaker
  11. Center infotainment display setup

I just looked and noticed that I do not have this button on my 2025. I guess that I cannot dismiss this small screen?
  12. Center infotainment display setup

Does anyone know if there is a way to change which particular screens are available on this little inset display? I know that you can swipe up/down to change which one to view, but the only ones available I think are like Phone, Trip 1, Fuel Econ, I forget the forth one. If I had the choice, I...
  13. Lane Keeping System Observations,

You are a madman. When you stole that cow, and your friend tried to make it with the cow. I want to party with you, cowboy.
  14. Displaying tire pressure while driving

We are being held back by technology. Ford is pulling defeat from the jaws of victory! Assuming this issue is only with the 2025’s and newer, it has been existing for about 2 years and still isn’t fixed. So Ford either doesn’t know there’s a problem, or they know about it and haven’t got...
  15. Lane Keeping System Observations,

We are on different pages. I don’t think Mav Lane Keeping works well at all. It doesn’t keep me in the lane. It only makes minor corrections. I have a 2020 Escape with ACC and it keeps me in the lane very well, it practically drives the car, but you gotta steer some or it will chastise you. But...
  16. Insurance suggestions?

That's a little much. I pay that for 3 vehicles (with $500 comp/$1k collision, Uninsured Motorist & Bodily Injury Liability both at $250/500k, Property Damage Liability $100k) at Farmers and I have 2 tickets. And I don't think it's really that good of a deal, but with my record it's hard to...
  17. Lane Keeping System Observations,

Fate comes a-knockin', doors start lockin' Your old-time connection change your direction Ain't gonna change it, can't rearrange it Can't stand the pain when it's all the same to you, my friend
  18. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

+1 for "Chicanery" "Subterfuge" also applies
  19. Mav at the Boat Launch🚤🤗

That dude's gut is bought and paid for, he ain't pushing. He had to remain seated at the helm of the boat, why? He looked like he was trying to steer, LOL. The girls got out and he got in. Other guys were watching. SMFH
