I've been looking for a 1-piece, hard tilt up with hydraulic arms similar to what I had with a F150 I used to own. No joy. I have hard tri-fold now, but will replace it in an instant if anybody ever makes one.

Which hard tri fold tonneau do you have and how do you like it? I'm in the market for one and I'm leaning towards getting one of the lower end ones like a MostPlus. Looking for something decent quality wise without breaking the bank.

I got this one (https://a.co/d/4Mh9A5E) off Amazon. It's over $400 now but was less 18-months ago when I bought it. Edit: It is less now than when I bought it. I just had to double check that. I went cheap and simple with the intent to replace it with a 1-piece hinged, but so far it appears they don't make one, so I may end up with this one for the life of my truck. It works, but can be a pain in the bottom at times when you really want to load the bed for camping or whatever.

Thanks for the link. I've ran across that brand in my research as well. The general consensus if that most likely one manufacture makes most of these cheaper Chinese hard tri folds as they all look the same.

I'm torn (excuse the pun) between getting a cheap soft cover and a hard cover. The soft would get the job done but may not be secure but I dont plan on keeping valuables in there for long and I hear they do make a lot of sound on travel. The hard would give you less workable space and cover the window when traveling. I might get a cheap soft cover while saving for a hard roll up.

The BakRevolver X4s or X4ts would give the security of a hard tonneau and retain the most space. That was my 1st choice, and would still be if the Leer quad fold hadn't gone on sale. I think the rollup hard cover would be the best as the Leer gets a bit heavy on the last 2 folds. I'm going to live with it for the ~$800 difference in price.

I live in snow country (Alaska), I was concerned about the snow load. I also worried about a rollup freezing.

The BAKFlip MX4 TS can be folded flush against the cab without blocking the third brake light.

I will know more by next spring.

The Leer also folds and doesn't block the 3rd brake light. There is another thread here on MTC about it going on sale. I caught it on the 2nd time it went on sale. It does work with the Elevate rails, although the rails should be longer by about 4" as I have a leak at the front.

The spreadsheet has been updated with some price changes (both ups and downs) and split into 3 tabs (soft, hard, and heavy duty) plus tabs with links to the manufacturer's websites and one for all the 1 piece fiberglass covers that are available (spoiler alert: there aren't any)

but it's the one that doesn't fold all the way up vertically behind the back window. It just folds up and buckles down at the front of the bed, giving you 2/3rds of bed space available.
I'm trying to differentiate what you describe as "tri-fold" vs. "ti-fold flip-up" on the updated list. This is a MAJOR deciding factor for most buyers.

Manufacturers aren't' great about pointing this out on their websites so I'm sure I'm missing some flip-ups on the list.

Still on the fence regarding tonneaus... I know there are pros and cons concerning retractable covers, though this is the best price I've seen...$500 from Tinico/fuz....? but, If it really is a 'Flowkottu' model... they price it on their page for $712... and have 37 or so half decent customer reviews... Losing some space in the bed is a concern, but, making life easy for my missus is an uphill battle! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0FKSY2WTV/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=AXVG234NY1N24&psc=1

Put together a list of over 100 tonneau covers listed to fit the Maverick of all types including soft and hard, rolling and folding. Still no single hard, hinged cover color matched or otherwise available. Hopefully it is useful to someone else. What did I miss?

I'm leaning toward a the BAK hard rolling cover from Ford accessories using points from the recent purchase of my 2025 Velocity Blue XLT along with the 20% off discount code (shop265, are there any better right now?). Any opinions? yeah or nay on this?
Thanks for all that effort. The aggra co cought my eye. Looks like a good choice. I'm close to ND, might just go visit the factory.

Thanks for the list. When looking at covers I've seen them at 4ft 5in or 4ft 6in. Why? My Lariat Hybrid is not delivered yet🤞hoping soon. Prefer a hard cover but need light weight. Thought about retractable but don't want to lose space if evacuating hurricane. Short and small is bad enough. Really need advice. Also advice/thoughts on quad folds please.
