Put together a list of over 100 tonneau covers listed to fit the Maverick of all types including soft and hard, rolling and folding. Still no single hard, hinged cover color matched or otherwise available. Hopefully it is useful to someone else. What did I miss?

I'm leaning toward a the BAK hard rolling cover from Ford accessories using points from the recent purchase of my 2025 Velocity Blue XLT along with the 20% off discount code (shop265, are there any better right now?). Any opinions? yeah or nay on this?

Nice list!

I just ordered the one from Ford accessories as well after some research both online and here. I did the same as you are considering where I used points from my Mav purchase and a 20% discount code. There seems to be quite a bit of strong opinions on here so I think it just ends up being whatever you feel comfortable with. I liked the look of the hard rolling variety and the mostly full access to the bed that it provides. It hasn't come in yet but I'm currently looking at the conversations around improving the water intrusion at least to some degree so there's always some kind of next puzzle to solve.

Good luck with you decision.

That's a lot of work and I appreciate it for sure. I'm also doing some research on what I want to get for my 2025 Space White Tremor. I haven't had much experience with tonneau covers except for a soft rolling one that I had on a F-150 in the early 2000's. I am looking to get a hard tonneau cover for my Maverick, but I'm really unsure what to get. If anyone has any recommendations, I'm certainly open to them.

Hard roll ups are the best

I've only owned one pickup truck and it was a small Toyota that I never added a tonneau cover to, so I have no experience with the covers. I'm planning on purchasing a 2025 Maverick soon that I do want to fit with one of these covers. Out of all of the different types and brands, I'm looking for advice on one that is a hard type (aluminum?) and generates the least amount of wind noise and water infiltration. Thanks for any recommendations you all might have.

The Gator SFX trifold isn't on there, which is a soft-trifold cover.

I have a BAKFlip MX4 TS on order for my Maverick. I will get it on Friday.

Thanks for compiling this. Have one correction for you on the Rough Country tonneaus -

Ford Maverick 100+ bed tonneau cover aftermarket options - compilation list 📃 Screenshot 2025-06-10 at 13-01-04 100 bed tonneau cover aftermarket options - compilation lis

the last tri-fold for $800 is a hard tri-fold (not soft), but it's the one that doesn't fold all the way up vertically behind the back window. It just folds up and buckles down at the front of the bed, giving you 2/3rds of bed space available. I only know about this because I researched the heck out of tonneaus before I finally bought the Rough Country tri-fold ($850 version) that folds all the way up. It is a great cover, and I managed to get it for $720 on the dealer's eBay page before the tariff/price increases. The Rough Country full tri-fold is the equivalent of the Ford OEM Advantage cover, or the BAK Bakflip cover. Thanks again for the comprehensive post.

As a first-time pickup owner, the quantity of brands and all the different types of tonneau covers is wild and it's turning me off from buying one because it's almost too much to process

Also the fact that (IMO) half of them seem to be wildly overpriced vs the actual content ... but then the huge price difference makes the cheap ones seem suspicious 😄

It's a mess and I hate it

How has it been in rain?
So far, no leaks. The rail system is pretty good on this, as they fit right up against the front wall of the bed, so you don't have to guess about positioning front-to-back. The rails have drain tubes up front that I trimmed to fit in the front side bed large drain holes (the tubes were super long, so I took about 6 inches off of them so they'd slide down into the holes without bending or kinking up). On the tailgate, you press down the last panel to latch it on both sides, and it has a thick rubber strip that is sort of vertical to the tailgate, so when you close the tailgate, the strip presses against the tailgate to seal. I also have the Bedrug sportliner in my bed, and it covers the inside of the tailgate all the way to the edge of the top tailgate trim, so creates a tight seal.

This is a fantastic list and one I'm definitely going to be looking at when I finally get my hands on a tonneau, thank you!!
