Has anyone else come across this? The phone number included appears to be the Ford customer service line but I'm inherently a skeptic.Thank you for being a Ford Motor Company customer I am contacting you since I was informed by Service Manager REDACTED that your 2022 Maverick vehicle has been repaired and picked up from REDACTED Ford. I would like to speak with you about providing you a complimentary Ford Protect Essential Limited Maintenance plan offer at no cost for the inconvenience of having vehicle towed into dealership and being a loyal Ford Motor Company customer.
The Ford Protect Essential Limited Maintenance Plan begins at upload date and current mileage which includes Engine oil and filter changes, multi-point inspections, tire Rotations. Plan terms: 3 years/45,000 miles (whichever occurs first), normal scheduled maintenance (varies by engine type) Diesel exhaust fluid top off (at service interval visit). To be fair, this is probably the equivalent of one service visit considering how long I go between oil changes.
