Still happy with my 2022 Hybrid Lariat Lux purchase. It went into limp mode at 38,000 miles, and I had it towed to a dealer.
Had the Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power engine code for the 23N06 CSP, Long Block Engine Replacement.
Took 35 days for the engine replacement, but I had a Bronco Sport Loaner until it was finished.
I recommend using the Ford Pass app if you have to be towed to a dealer. Unbeknownst to me, this caused Ford to make a case on my repair. They called me weekly, and kept in touch with the dealer for updates.
Pretty sure they're involvement with the dealer was a factor in the dealer suddenly have a loaner when at first they told me they didn't.
Was surprised when it was finally complete, Ford gave me a free Premium Care extended Warranty, as a courtesy.
3 years 36,000 miles starting at the 38,900 I had on it.
