2025 Maverick backup lights too dim / weak

Every time that I need to back at night (again last night) I notice that back up lights give very little light.
Do you have the same issue?
I am thinking about installing LED bulbs

No issue at all especially with the improved camera but you can easily swap in some LEDs for increased output.

So this morning I backup my maverick to go to church, the picture in the monitor was again very dark but suddenly it became much lighter/brighter which make me realize that there are two settings ; one for days and one for nights. Is it a way to keep the for days setting on all the time?

Yes, under Display in the infotainment screen.

Yep, I felt the same on my MY22. I installed the LED's for the backup lights only, I was pleased with the factory lights on the rest of the truck. I initially installed the Lastfit brand but they didn't last long, so I wasn't pleased with the quality. Then I went the with Diode Dynamics brand. Their awesome, zero issues, great quality and great company. Highly recommend.

Every vehicle I've ever had has utilized minimal performing reverse lights. It's always one of the first upgrades I do. Most people don't try to go very far backwards, at night, in BFE.

I also found them too dim. I went with these LED replacements. They have been good for a few months now.

I thought mine were too dim on my Bronco Sport. Then I had cataract surgery. Now my Mavericks stock reverse lights are plenty bright enough.

Yep LED'S for the win.

So I ordered LED backup light bulbs for my 2025 XLT Hybrid but they did not fit ( The tail not thick enough)
I looked at other LED light bulbs on Amazon but everywhere they tell me that they will not fit my vehicle.

Any 3156 will work, but you will need to remove the side tabs. A Dremel with a sanding drum makes very short work of it.
