Which one have maverick owners been the happiest with?

bugflector mounts under Hood and leaves about one inch from Hood to clean with sponge or rag . also protects front edges of fenders . originally had to Dremel out 2 center holes to line up to fit . mine is over 2 years old and so far so good . hopefully avs has straighten out the alignment issues by now .I'm holding off getting one, since they all seem to stick on to the paint with double-sided tape. I don't see any way to remove them to clean underneath. Long term its a really stupid design. Why doesn't someone make one that screws on under the lip, like my Rangers used to have?
They do: EGR Superguard Bug Shield. East install.I'm holding off getting one, since they all seem to stick on to the paint with double-sided tape. Bug Defector II by AVS. Attaches under hood easily. Installed 5 months ago.

I've never experienced adhesives from double-sided tape or decals ruining paint when removed correctly with a heat gun. Have you? That's a lot of glue-on stuff to ruin the paint when removed.
Can't speak to double sided tape.I've never experienced adhesives from double-sided tape or decals ruining paint when removed correctly with a heat gun. Have you?
None for me ,they are ugly and don’t work, get trash under them that is hard to clean.Which one have maverick owners been the happiest with?
I didn't use the tape and it doesn't touch the front or top of my hood. In fact there's enough space to put my canoe hood loops under it to tie my canoe bow lines to.A quick read of the EGR installation instructions shows that you wrap 3M tape over the front edge of your hood on to the outside paint. The main attachment points are screws underneath the edge, but then there are 6 bumpstops that have to be glued onto the top of the hood. That's a lot of glue-on stuff to ruin the paint when removed.
They would not need the wrap-over tape if they moved the plastic even 1/8" away from the hood. Sticking the bumpstops onto the hood instead of the underside of the plastic is also odd, adding to the paint destroying problem.
Nope, I actually use a hair dryer as it doesn't need a lot of heat. I've done hundreds of stickers and trim pieces and never ruined the paint.I've never experienced adhesives from double-sided tape or decals ruining paint when removed correctly with a heat gun. Have you?
