I know not another one but ive looked everywhere and cant find a answer for my setup. I look all over on here but cant find any answers for stock wheels. I even asked AI and kept getting conflicting info. Im looking to extend my rear wheels flush or slightly past the wheel well, what size can i get without modifying studs or anything else. My truck is a XLT AWD with stock wheels. I also plan on lowering the rear an inch down the road by installing the rear lobo springs if that matters.

Are you running factory wheels? a few youtube guys have ran 2" spacers without much recourse.

The little (nothing) I know about hub spacers is “be careful”. Maybe start with the thinnest and see how they handle before going thicker on your situation? Add your experience to the MTC knowledge base:)

Are you going to install the Lobo springs yourself? Suspension is another area I don’t trust myself to fiddle with. But the Lobo handles better than any vehicle I’ve driven.

I bought some hub centric spacers from Bonoss and they have worked well for me.

25mm front
35mm rear
No modifications to the studs just bolt on and go

See thats the confusing info i was getting from AI. AI says 35mm wont fit without getting longer studs.

What wheel and tire size? Does that make a difference in spacer choice?

Ok well i guess ill give it a try and hope for the best.
Take some measurements to there you want your wheel to sit. Convert that to mm, and order something close as you can get. Spend the money to get quality spacers.

Yea i did. I think 35mm may be slightly past the wheel well.

Bora spacers. None better. https://www.motorsport-tech.com/bor...M0UDC7RDNrh7ACjBHNHRdmlqiAEUWIEcaXtfSbqxBsFfa

Always use the highest quality hub centric spacers.

Careful with 25mm (1“) spacers on the rear. They ..may.. be too short and allow the stock wheel studs to contact the back of the wheels and prevent the wheel from fully seating, though the factory wheels do have pockets on the back of their hubs that accommodate some of the stud poke.

You need to remove the wheel in question and measure the stock stud length and do the math.

good luck.

Here are the pockets discussed above. Measure the length of the studs, and if longer than the thickness of the spacer, the extra length would go into these pockets, if deep enough.

Also, when looking at spacers that use a 2nd set of studs, make sure they use the same size stud, which is 14mm x 1.5mm pitch.

1" or 25mm spacers come with their own grade 10 lugs in secondary mounting holes, and the existing lugs do not need to be cut to fit. Just bolt them on. I had to add them on the rear with my 2" flares or it looked weird, but didn't need them on the front. Be aware that in some jurisdictions it is illegal to have the tires out past the fenders, so you will need flares. Besides, tires out that far look stupid.
