Well, Ford didn't check with me but I'll throw in my 2 cents. It doesn't bother me all THAT much as long as it's a darker colored vehicle. I'm sure it'll grow on people, at first I hated Lexus front grilles, now I think they're great.

Same.Actually, I think the new front looks awful. I like the 2022-2024 much better! The new one is all out of balance and looks like it is chopping off part of the headlights. The grill doesn't look very good either. I'll be keeping my 2024.
I think it would have been fine if it was all just one part and not an additional part stuck on top of the bumper.Actually, I think the new front looks awful. I like the 2022-2024 much better! I didnt like the front of the Maverick when it came out for 22. Then it grew on me, and I ordered the First Edition. Now I'm starting to like the 2025 LoboI am feeling PTSD symptoms after seeing the Front of the 2025 Maverick which reminded of my reaction to the horrible Lexus SUV grills!! Did Ford hire Lexus desinger to buture the front!?! Whose idea was it to have 2 Metal paddles aim north towards the LED front light?! It looks like it was an after-thought to cover empty holes behind them (see photo).
I am not impressed and I doubt I willget used to it.![]()

Once someone pointed out the hood line mismatch to the grill, I can't unsee it. I spent most of my vacation looking at various front ends of all sorts of makes and models of cars and the lines of their hoods match the grill lines. That hood line and grill mismatch on the 2025 is as bad as having a 3 sectioned front facia with what looks like squinting lower eyelids. To trade up to the AWD hybrid it would cost me almost $40,000 out the door to have the features I currently have with the 2023 FWD Hybrid XLT Lux package with moonroof. Because of that front end on the 2025, I will pass on upgrading.I am feeling PTSD symptoms after seeing the Front of the 2025 Maverick which reminded of my reaction to the horrible Lexus SUV grills!! I think that flap is very UGLY. Ford could of just put headlights on top, smaller fog lights on bottom, maybe more aggressive grill & possibly body lift of 1 1/2"I am feeling PTSD symptoms after seeing the Front of the 2025 Maverick which reminded of my reaction to the horrible Lexus SUV grills!! I'm with the writer with this one, I like the new green but like I commented back when this subject was first broached, I find this grill change lacking in all aspects with the exception of the silver lower grill piece.I am feeling PTSD symptoms after seeing the Front of the 2025 Maverick which reminded of my reaction to the horrible Lexus SUV grills!!
