Enough turkish type towels (absorbent but really thin) to dry off every person in my family plus a couple extra.

Jumper cables fit in the passenger side cubby in the bed. Not that I have a clue how to use them on my hybrid but since I had the cables.............
Get one of the low cost lithium battery charger packs and watch a YT video on jumping the Maverick hybrid if/when it is necessary (it is easy). For women in particular it is absolutely the best thing to have in any vehicle; why wait for a jump from someone else when you can do it immediately yourself? And you can use it to jump other vehicles stranded as well.

I would replace the knife and guns with a good spring steel machete, I live in Hawaii they serve an equivilent purpose.
I have never been able to build up enough nerve to open a coconut with machete of any kind though I would expect with the spring steel I would not have to scream "Haaa!" as loud.

Ive opened enough that I will dare myself to occasionally do it with my right hand or while holding it up with out a chopping block. My count is up somewhere near 500,000 nuts.

My ass and a coffee cup
Edit.... oh and a sunshade for the windshield
I read this to my wife, joking about wondering how exactly you fit your ass in that cubby under the back seat... She immediately said "Hey, maybe that's where yours is!"

Apparently, I suffer from that old man's disease: "noassatol"... (Helps if you say it out loud.)

One MUST Have!!! (Which I still need to replace).
A small container for ALL of the replacement "Bulbs" (194's 1056's 1057's etc.)
For the couple times over the past 40+ years driving, I have been stopped for a missing taillight. Only to surprise the Officer by replacing the burnout item, right there and then... ;)

That's a lot harder to do with some of the LEDs in the Maverick. Head and tail lights are "one piece" without field replaceable bulbs.

Tire inflator, jump pack, gloves, bungee cords, ratchet straps, first aid kit, multi-tool. Those are the permanent items. Others added for "mission-specific" purposes. (Like lots of bottles of water when driving in remote areas.)

I figure it could go behind the back seat or under the seat (at least on ecoboosts)
