It's funny how quick these ecoboosts are. I have 4k so a bit lower gear and the thing goes pretty good.

Yup, I also have the 4K towing but as fast as my Mustang, especially in Sport Mode!!

Sweet. Great that hybrids can be flat towed. My toad is a Rubicon.

I consolidated two vehicles into one.

My daily driver was a 2017 Fiesta ST, far and away the most fun car I’ve ever owned, was able to regularly squeeze 35 mpg out of it and it was pretty darn quick and fun in the twisty canyon roads and having the six speed was a hoot. Should’ve kept it.
My off-road/camp rig that I recently decided to give up was a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero that I started with stock and built into a pretty capable overland rig, specifically take down to Baja on month long trips couple times a year… plan was to eventually leave it stored by the airport in Loreto but determined it was too much of a specimen to let rust away by the sea of Cortez.
I do very little trips these days where I really need 4x4 so the Maverick is a great happy medium to replace both vehicles, I’ve taken it down to Baja a couple times and it kinda blew me away how capable it was on sandy beaches and endless washboard roads, living in California and averaging 42 mpg is pretty awesome.

Love that stuff! I built a expedition top for my Rubicon. I would love to get over to that side of country and do some off grid camping.

I was the opposite. I had to buy my maverick Casie I could not afford fuel in my gt 500. Lol

2009 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI Turbo Polluter. I had it for 3 years and it cost me more per month than the Maverick even though it was paid in full ($1 from my father-in-law), and the Maverick has a payment.
