While driving on rough roads, especially when hitting a bump, a strange beep sound emanates from the dashboard area. It is NOT a squeak but a beep with a definite note. My wife hears it more as a passenger than I do, but she feels that it is coming from my side of the vehicle.

I have a 2004 Ranger XLT Super Cab. I have been a Ford guy since I owned my first vehicle in 1955. Yup, I am old, but I love my Maverick.
