I agree. My confirmation email clearly states the next email I receive will be when the truck is scheduled for production. So technically, after over 4 months Ford really doesn't owe me any further communication. But people would like to receive something, even if it just says sorry for the delay we haven't forgotten.I think the only area Ford should do better with is some sort of broadcast updates tailored to the people waiting. From what I can tell, the biggest gripe everyone has is the lack of the "Amazon effect" {i.e., Alexa, where is my stuff?}.
