Absolutely no rubbing, still space. Fills the wheel well but there’s still room. Tire installer said “plenty good, no concerns at all”

235/65R18 Michelin Defender LTX M/S on 18" Bronco Sport Outer Banks wheels hyperdipped in anthracite. No rubbing at all, it's a 30" tire.

I've been debating which tires to buy and dropped a couple of options into a sheet to compare and then figured I might as well put a bunch more images in as maybe it will be helpful to others when choosing tires.

I did my best to gather the correct tire and size information but if any of these are your truck and I got it wrong please let me know.

I put the BFGoodrich trail terrains in this size. Fantastic tire. Although, especially the front tires, the stick out ever so slightly enough a lot of debris and mud, snow, etc. get flung up along the sides of the truck. To protect the longevity of the paint I did order some mud flaps, something to note.

How much overspray were you still getting after the mud flaps with those 245s ? I am on the verge of a tire decision- Thx

I have seen some posts about 265/65/17 fitting but haven't seen if there was any lift and/or cutting required. Any info on this?

I'm feeling confused, I just got back from my shop and we tried some 245/60/18 snow tires and they rubbed at full crank.

Seems tonnes of people are running 245/65/17 which is the exact same size and everyone claims no rubbing.

What's the deal? They were definitely hitting the liner and like my guy said, if it was a brand new aggressive at its pretty much definitely going to rip the liner off.

I'm sad, I was determined to get that size and now it feels like I can't go up hardly at all. Am I missing something? Does everyone just never go full crank on the wheel? I do...

I just tried 245/60/18 and they touched solidly on the liner. Should be exactly the same size.

So confused...
