245/65/17 is generally accepted as the biggest you can go without major issues.

Search the wheels/tires section and you'll find tons of info. The larger you go, the bigger hit you'll take to fuel economy.

I dropped 2-4 MPG going from the stock 225/65/17 to 235/70/17. Probably about the same drop in MPG you'd take with 245/65/17. If you click my name and search my threads I posted pics as well.
If I had to do it again I'd probably go 245/65/17 or maybe even 235/65/17.

My 23-xlt-awd came with 245/60R/18. Every post I've noticed here are 17 inch are mine a freak of nature?
Gotcha'
The black appearance package on a 2024 XLT comes with 18" rims and 225/60 R18 I'm not sure about the 2023, but 245/60R18 is not a common factory tire size!

Have you put that size on your truck? If so did you notice any difference in MPG?
No, I haven't. I only have 700km on my truck but, 245's is a popular size on the BS Forum, guys reported a 1-2MPG dropped after the tire size upgrade

245/65/17, slight hit on in town mpg, get 30 on the highway. I may look at 235/70 next go around.

245/65R17 is the largest you would want to go. I went with 235/65R17 Firestone Destination AT/2s as I didn't want much heavier of a tire. They are 28lbs a tire vs 24lbs for the stock.

I just put 245/60R18 Hankook Dynapro AT2 on Tricky Ricky last Saturday. I think 245/60R18 fills out the wheel wells the best.

I found this size by accident. I pulled a set of snow tires from the work scrap tire pile during summer that still had 3/4 of the tread life left. I put them on last winter (2024) and instantly fell in love with the look. Decided to stick with that size when the winter tires went "bald" a few weeks ago.
