Surprise, surprise my dealer fainlly called me! that has never happened in the 13 months I've been waiting. Got my MY22 order transitioned to MY23 and was able to change to color from Vel Blue to Area 51 and I also re-added CP360. I see some folks here had to sign the new order. I asked my dealer and he said I did not need to. Is my dealer trying to pull a fast one???

Gotcha, I see now. They do try to cut off orders as close to their capacity as what they think they can build. In 22MY, they had delay issues with hybrid motors. Hopefully that doesn't happen in 23MY. But my take is that they have more hybrid orders then they can build in 23 and they will cancel the orders that can't be built. They told dealers that they have no plan to carryover 23 orders into 24MY. Of course they may change their minds, they are in a habit of doing that.

Is not necessary unless you want confirmation of the build and Price.

I got MY22 order (XLT, Lux package, CP360) converted to MY23. I didn't see the remote start system in MY23 order sheet. My dealer said he will find out if it can be added w/o any delay. I also saw Spray-in beeliner included in there. Is it still a constraint? Should I remove it?

well you might not need to sign anything but be sure to get some documentation from your sales person, it shouldn't be a big deal and it will list out exactly what you're getting, there's no harm in asking for something simple like this.

Great catch, I missed that part where they will be waiting until 11/30 to give the priority 2. Wow, is all I can say. So until then they will be looked at with the other priority 10 orders, no priority until December. That doesn't seem right.

that's his interpterion of it. it doesn't say that in the memo all it says is you need to move out of 99 by end of month not that they are waiting till then to update priority code

QUESTION: After all of my discussions with the dealer, if they finally change my 23MY Priority 99 order to a Priority 10 order - BUT FAIL TO MAKE ALLOWABLE CHANGES AS I HAVE REQUESTED, can that subsequently be changed/corrected while the order is still in the Priority 10 status as long as it's PRIOR TO 11/30 when Ford will be changing the order from Priority 10 to Priority 02?

It is a constraint and recommended it be removed. As I like to say, there is a reason why they removed the spray Bedliner, Remote start, and breed rail system out of the Luxury Package.

Changes can be made any time before it gets scheduled.

My salesman and I planned my order after books were closed in June(?). My order was submitted and confirmed @ Sept 15, as a 2023. He explained the spray in liner situation

but, if I understand you correctly, I won’t get remote start unless I add it separately?
