I take it you've had bad experiences? With the correct fueling, safety switches, plugs and ring gap NOS gets along very well with engines. Just like any well engineered system, as long as you stay within its engineered parameters its perfectly safe.
Not necessarily, I have blown apart 2 carburetors using it, but that smile & feeling when you activate it & your vehicle takes off like a rocket is worth something. I was able to get a 1976 Buick Electra that scaled at 5200lbs with me in it to a [email protected], on street tires & through a full exhaust, with working A/C.
Except for low 1/4 mile times.

Its nuts that Dueces Maverick has already out run all of the stock Vettes except the last 15 years.

As silly as it sounds I may have the dealer install the turbo. They are thrilled with my Maverick adventures so far and have been awesome so far. I can do it myself but finding the time is the problem.
