Please see my post above. Your tires have only 8.5/32nds tread depth new.

Almost all other tires have at least 10/32nds tread depth. Your specific tire does not have a non-OEM equivalent as they are all designed for manufacturers.
When I took my ‘Unicorn’ home I checked. I make notes to track tread wear across the tire for fine tuning Tire pressure for even wear with my style of driving.
I started with 9/32 and at 13,000 miles I’m at 7/32.
The same tire at Wallyworld has 9/32
At 4/32 they will be replaced. I’ll bet that will be about 28-30,000 miles.
Seems the first few mm go faster that the next four mm on most tires.

Have some Michelin Crossclimate²'s mounted, I swear by them for our Mavericks. They handle mud, deep water, and snow well and are designed for great braking in all conditions.

I vouch for the Cross Climate 2's, I had them for years on my Ford Fusion AWD and that thing tears ass through snow with them on. On an unrelated note, I did drive my Maverick Tremor through the snow to work on Saturday and Sunday, she did fantastic with her factory installed tires.

It's snowing hard, had a out an inch already this morning. I was going to a car part swap meet. None of our roads have been plowed or salted. 24 eb/awd set to "slippery", factory tires with 11k on them. I spun on every corner even at 3 mph. I'm not getting how some in here claim it's so grippy in snow.
That is strange. 41k on our worn factory continentals and our maverick doesn't spin in 6 inches of snow not using slippery mode. I'd get your truck checked out.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Go on, show me proof, prove you’re right.
My feelings won’t be hurt. I do not carry the awful burden of self importance.

“I have no thoughts, so I will see. I fear nothing, so I will remember myself. Detached and at ease, I will dart past the Eagle to be free.” — Carlos Castaneda.

I hope somebody gets that one but I doubt it.
Castaneda explored concepts related to perception, consciousness, and self-transformation, so this excerpt, to me, seems to convey the importance of detachment and inner peace as a means to navigate life's challenges.

Looks to me this thread has gotten deep...very, very deep.

I may have to sit comfortably for awhile and put on a couple coats of think.

,-)

Have a good one,

Andy

Turn the traction control off and towing on. Been snowing and blowing in Southwest Michigan for a week now.

Cool beans,
I’ve always thought of my 2024 Hot pepper Red AWD Ecoboost Lariat as a ‘She’
Named her, ‘Pepper’
Pepper Pots from the Iron man movie. Also tied to one of the Ironman suits colors.

The Tremor which I like very much felt Male, more Macho to me. Like one of my favorite movies, ‘Tremors’ from 1990

Hey I’m not a, ‘Gone with the Wind’ kinda guy.

'22 XLT FX4, running Blizzaks in Western New York winters. Throw on slippery mode and turn off traction control, rarely need to slow down. Blasts through the driveway without a problem.

Nothing wrong with that, for me cars always got a female name, I am feeling Michelle for mine but I haven't come to a firm decision on that. I also totally forgot about Tremors and how its the same spelling for the Tremor Maverick, I loved Burt in those movies, I think I watched all of them at least 4 times. Even the later ones made by the Sci-Fi channel.
