Bob, I'm definitely going to build one of these as well!!Did you get the kit or prebuilt? I've had my eye on that.
Took the Radio Flyer to Mexico with me. This was at the border, Nogales Arizona / Nogales Sonora. It's loaded with allot of power tools that I'll use this winter. A deceptively heavy load, probably could have balanced it just a bit better. More importantly, it will be used to bring allot of stuff back (other tools) from the place in Álamos to our place in Green Valley in the spring. We're putting off our house build in Álamos for a bit (couple of years), so it makes more sense to have most of my tools north of the border again.
It road well. Gas mileage was definitely affected as we only averaged about 28mpg for the whole trip down (drove about 70mph most of the way).
(I'm glad I have this photo... I zoomed in on the upper passenger side of the windshield and can see that I actually had the crack in the USA prior to leaving for Mexico last week... My wife discovered the cracked windshield this morning.)
