Took the Radio Flyer to Mexico with me. This was at the border, Nogales Arizona / Nogales Sonora. It's loaded with allot of power tools that I'll use this winter. A deceptively heavy load, probably could have balanced it just a bit better. More importantly, it will be used to bring allot of stuff back (other tools) from the place in Álamos to our place in Green Valley in the spring. We're putting off our house build in Álamos for a bit (couple of years), so it makes more sense to have most of my tools north of the border again.

It road well. Gas mileage was definitely affected as we only averaged about 28mpg for the whole trip down (drove about 70mph most of the way).

(I'm glad I have this photo... I zoomed in on the upper passenger side of the windshield and can see that I actually had the crack in the USA prior to leaving for Mexico last week... My wife discovered the cracked windshield this morning.)

We got rid of my 6-speed manual Tacoma so that my wife could drive on trips when we tow our little teardrop. It's only about 450 lbs loaded up so it's no problem for our hybrid. What do you all tow with your Mav?

Mostly "AIR" I use the bed maybe once a month. Mostly for general shopping, your tear drop camper is beautiful nicest one I ever saw!

I tow a dolly to track events held by my local sports car club (HPDE which is non-racing and just for fun).

The car weighs 1300 lbs, and the dolly around 400 lbs, so it works nicely within what the hybrid is rated to tow.
