So I have a crease in my drivers seat material and it seems like I'm not the only one. This to me IS a warranty issue as it's actually in the exact same place on my truck as the guy's truck in the video.

Anyone else have a crease in the same place?

Check the clip under the seat that pulls tension on the seat material. Maybe it wasn't seated correctly...... pun intended. If it isn't on all the way be sure to check both sides of the seat there are two clips down there. This is from my truck that is well north of 9K miles. I have no crease in the material of my seat.

Great info, I’ll check it. Guessing not the issue as the whole cover isn’t loose but you never know.

I'm a BIG guy. I wouldn't be surprised if I develop one. But so far so good on my Active X seats.

Thanks for the video. At tire rack you can sometimes just drive in or set an appointment and they will balance and rotate your tires for free. I don’t know if Ford does this.

Unrelated but it looks like the seats have provisions for a fan, maybe for cooled seats? That may need to be the next big upgrade figured out here on the forums

you think that is what that round plastic bit in the center is for? I was trying to think what it could be. It doesn’t seem that big, so if it is for seat ventilation it seems like it wouldn't Be that effective.

Just on cloth seats. Now verified by multiple people that we all have the crease in the same spot.
Same! I just hit 2,600 miles. Both driver seat and passenger seat are exactly same as pictures above!! Was just driver seat. I am 6ft tall and roughly 190lbs. I treat my truck like it’s royalty! I would check the seat pull tabs but can’t physically do that so will have dealer help.

Yup same issue. If it is getting bad with only a few thousand miles it’s going to look really bad after a couple years. I don’t know how the warranty works, but will they really replace the seat cover for a cosmetic issue like this?
