My sales rep told me my order was sent to factory on 1/21 and I should have a vin soon....meanwhile, I have had my vin and scheduled build date since 12/16. Then, my build schedule moved up from week of 2/21, to week of 2/14....tracker says in production since 2/18. I really don't know what to...

Same with my sales "consultant " or "representative "....by my own research and deduction, it's clear that they all can look up the information, but are either lazy or don't want to put forth the effort for such a "budget " vehicle, when there are bigger and better customers with more...
My dealer is not forthcoming of information requests either...I have never bought a new vehicle before, nonetheless a Ford....if this is the customer service I can expect from either this dealer, or Ford overall, I will never again consider either of them.
