That’s almost word for word what the CSR said. In my case I already knew it was priority 12 on the day I ordered it, 9-16-2022 (not a 2022 roll over). I was hoping that it had been changed to priority 2, so even though the CSR had no VIN or production date for me, in that case it would probably be scheduled soon. I also asked if they could see the priority code after the factory set it below 10. That was when she told me it was available through the dealer only.Pretty sure this has always been the case. Only the dealer can/will provide the priority code.
