That's exactly why Ford requires a copy of your current drivers license. It must match your current address. If you want more than 1 Maverick it's like an FBI investigation (Ford is on to dealers shenanigans and they are working hard to eliminate the crap) Dealers are now subject to factory allocation restrictions if caught)

Ford holding dealers feet to the fire 6-12 months out for a customer that has had a significant life/financial change was considered. Because of this dealers in MY22 were warned to keep within 60% of customer purchase verification.

• I ordered two Identical maverick from 2 dealers because I was not sure they would honor the price discussed by phone/email. Do you guys remember the horror stories of people cheated out of their vehicle...being asked 5K more after months of waiting? There was a guy in HI Maui that was screwed like that
• I ordered two mavericks because every time I drive on a busy road I am afraid of the smallest accident that could take the car out for months to repair (e.g. missing parts, and all of that).
• I ordered 2 mavericks because my wife gave me such an hard time when I had to borrow her car when we had a single vehicle during the pandemic..
• I ordered two cars to just see two identical Maverick in my driveway.
