At 38k I got it replaced under csp. It was vibrating a year in when I first got the truck but I didn’t notice or aware the seriousness until recently where I felt safety was a concern. Glad I got it fixed
Quick update: got my car back on Friday. They delivered it to me which was a plus for customer service. Today test drove it with a 20 miles trip to Costco and noticeably much better. No more vibration when accelerating and smooth as butter. Dropped off on Tuesday morning and by Thursday they...
I asked for a loaner but they said they didn’t have any. I checked the link to show the progress but so far it’s still sitting there with status of dropped off. I guess it’s going to be a while before they even take a look at it.
my 22 hybrid is having the same CV joint issue as many others have on here. What is the wait time to get this fixed and are the parts still on back order? And can the diagnostic be done by a ford mobile service tech? Prefer to have it pick up and return to my driveway instead of going to the...
it's a great vehicle for long road trip. We took the truck in various road trips from ATL to VA and ATL to DFW. The ride was smooth and averaged mpg around 40 or better even in 32 or below temp. The only complaint or wish was the back seat area had more room for car seat and other baby stuff...
it finally happened to me yesterday. Got a deep sleep message. However, I was still able to start the car without jumping it. Just remote start did not work nor the lights being turned on when opening the door.
The damn door wouldn't open after pressing the button multiple times. Then I remembered about the green latch in the rear wheel well. Pulled that sucker and the door popped magically. Thank God for this forum. After that I got a fuel door error message on the dash then it went away after that.
I had mine installed a year ago and so far no deep sleep or battery saver mode except I couldn't schedule a remote start because of 'low power' mode. Must have been the cold weather. The truck starts up fine since the AGM install. I still carry a portable battery charger, though.
I'll save Ford's engineers and y'all a headache by saying the drain is due to the clicking noise from the vehicle. Take care of the clicking noise and your problem goes away. Unless they are in your head then there's no cure for that.
