Has anyone fixed or had a dealer fix their wipers being high? Mind tried to retract into snow and now seems off positionally.

You have to remove the wiper arm and reposition it.

Mine are just like yours , I am going to change out the pass. One for an 18" blade and I hope that will fix.

Yeah I hadn't even used mine yet and noticed that it sits comically high.

Going to bring it in as a warranty item. No chance my heated wiper bay can help that poor guy way up on the windshield all by itself

The heat element wire also goes across pretty high (to the point some have mistaken it for a windshield crack).

My passenger side was too high, I pulled the wiper arm and readjusted it so it is now perfect.

I tried pulling the arm off after removing the plastic cap and nut, but no-go. I ended up getting a wiper puller from the local auto store - but it didn't quite fit over the arm. it was too narrow. Using a wood shim I was able to get it to work and release the arm. Some owners have said they had no problem removing it by hand.

Shut the Mav off. Push them both down. Start and see if they remember the lower position. If the passenger side is any shorter it won't clean the windshield sensor at the top.
My Bronco Sport's wipers were hidden under the hood.
Poor design on Ford's part. Looks like they got done with the design and forgot wipers, "Oh crap... oh well" and just let it go.
