I'm sure you could increase the boost somehow, but that's the only way to get more HP from a gas engine - you have to put more air into the cylinder. There are no magic lost HP waiting to be extracted from the gas you burn.

So then you are saying you dont understand how changing the tune of a car can affect the performance? Fuel to air ratios? Turbo psi? What is your explanation for the difference between the 22 ecoboost and the early 25 ecoboost with the gpf that have the same engine but initially had a reduced hp rating that was magically returned to 250 in later models? Whats the point of telling people that a mod cannot make improvements when you do not know how it works and clearly have made no effort to learn about it.

I'd love to install this Panda package on my 24 Tremor.... but would hate to find out later that the extra tune shortened the life of my turbos or caused other components to fail early. It's fun to drive in traffic the way it already is.... could it even be 20% more fun with the tuner installed and no long term side effects? If someone has already used this on their Maverick I'd love to get your thoughts.

No one is going to be able to tell you how this impacts the lifespan of engine components. But it likely has none.

My post above this has a link. If you'll take the time to click it, the search results show several threads of people's feedback on this module.

The makers are trying to tell you something. Read what wasn't said: " .... this module enhances power with no warranty concerns. Simply uninstall before visiting the dealership for a completely trace-free experience!" I won't go into the details.

Or better yet, ask the seller what are the SPECIFIC reasons the unit should be removed before going to the dealership.

No warranty issues because you wont have any warranty
100% Ford will void your warranty by installing it, says so in the owners manual

Fundamentally, more power = more stress on components

Logically, any performance-focused tune would increase the probability of failures by some unknown amount. But it's been on the market for 2 or 3 years now. If it was causing drastically premature catastrophic failures, we probably would have heard about it by now.

YMMV, proceed at your own risk. It is still a tune, and the key selling point is simply that it is a piggy-back. I think it's a limited in capability versus a reflash, but it's easier to install and reverse (like for plausible deniability before warranty service, though that would be unethical).

For what it's worth, I drove Panda's Maverick once; and while I drove fairly gently (after all, it's not mine), it was a great little machine.
