Ok Maverick sleuths….need help

Greetings all. I have a sharp “clicking” in my driver’s door when I fully extend it when opening. No noise when it closes. I’ve tried silicone lube spray on the hinges to no avail. It only occurs during the hot months (May-September here in Texas). Any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

There was a problem with the welds inside the door that connect to the tension latch - as in, the welds break. I don't think there was any kind of a recall.
Perhaps the door swung open in a large gust of wind?

If it isn't the check arm assembly making the noise, then I'd wonder if a spot weld is failing like on Escape front doors.
