For those who are not performing their own oil changes, who are you going to have your oil service done? What filter and oil are you using? What are they charging and are you satisfied with the service you received?
Thanks to those who respond to this thread.

I go to my local Ford dealer. It is probably more expensive than other places, but I trust them and that is more important than money to me.

Local Ford dealer, why go anywhere else. The price is no more and probably less than the quick oil change places. Plus, if there are any recalls they can take care of it at the same time. Prices vary by dealer.

A local mechanic I've used and trust. I do not trust the Ford dealerships here. Too many mistakes made.

I use Mobil 1 hybrid fully synthetic 0W-20 oil. Motorcraft FL910S filter. I have it changed when the OLM tells me It needs to be changed.

I record the oil change and upload receipts to my account at ford.com I do not use the app and don't have it on my phone.

Ford dealer. When the day comes it's out of warranty I'll look at the local Valvoline oil change place.
Just yesterday I got a coupon from the local Ford dealer. $70 for oil change and tire rotation. That's cheaper than Firestone. The Valvoline store will change the oil for $40-$50 - but doesn't rotate tires.

So really no reason to go someplace besides a dealership. And you establish a relationship with the dealership and routine care is clearly documented. Great should any warranty work be needed.

So far all recalls on the Maverick have been software updates. So I get recalls/tire rotation and oil changes done at the same time.

My dealer has the same deal on "the Works" usually $74.95 last time it was available with 10% OFF for the "we have you signed up for coupons by email" option PLUS It was the 4th hole punch on my "Buy 4 Get One Free Next Time" key fob tag which has dealer name and phone number one it! Plus if dealer notes it's time for xyz service I ask "is discount coupon available for that?" (Sometimes it is or will be shortly)!

I like my Ford Dealer, Northgate Ford. They had a buy two get one offer. Used Ford Pass Points. Cost me nothing, probably an hour of my time. Gives me a chance to BS with my Maverick salesmen. Not like when negotiating a trade in price. He's actually a pretty nice guy.

Its a 550km drive to the "dealer" mine technically came from...

I got mine at a satellite retailer in my town... they also do most of said dealers warranty work ( engine/ trans they wont do).

I just pay the 120 canadian pesos for an oil change there... it will help with any disputes if i have a serious breakdown.

That being said dealer service aint all that... GM was very shitty to me when they sold me a bad battery because i didnt keep the recipt. One of the reasons im driving a ford now.

Ford really does make the best trucks tho.

Local Ford dealer for the reasons others have stated but mostly because they have a mobil service at no extra charge. The come to my house to do it. Plus they are familiar with the vehicle so they also check areas where they have seen issues on other Mavericks, like CV axles. Ask your dealer if they provide this.

The horror stories you hear about Jiffylube are real. I take my company vehicle there since it’s usually quick and they are on the pre approved list for servicing. Twice they over tightened the drain plug on my F-150 which is a plastic plug and cracked it, causing an oil leak. Only reason I keep going is the free car washes. My personal vehicle I will change the oil myself.

So if you pay in peso's what's the exchange rate? Do you have a knock "code" at the alley door?🤔
ETA: What's your satellite dealers fee to orbit your truck?
