That's most certainly a MY22 you are getting.

Got an update about the shipping of my Maverick from Ford Chat today:
"The ETA is October 16th-October 22nd" - I guess I can order my One-year Anniversary cake now....
Now I'm going to start looking for a hard roll up cover....I'm leaning towards the Ford version since they are offering a 20% off.
I kind of thought I read a post that Real Truck will beat the price. I'll contact them and see how much I can get it for. The cost for the Ford version is about 1060(ish) with the 20% discount and that includes tax and free shipping to the dealership.Real Truck will beat that price, just send them a message on the forum. I paid around $700 after rebate for my Bak MX4 tri fold, and it is like a $1279 option from Ford ($1070 right now with 20%, the discount maxes out at $1000). Only difference is a BAK logo rather than Ford and you should save some serious $$

See now this is what has me worried. I just got a build date of 11/7. A week before the production line shuts down briefly to change over to MY'23. I wonder what my chances of getting built are? Might be good, I just don't know.Unfortunately, there are a bunch of us that are in limbo or "stuck" in production since that same build week of 8/8. Most likely our trucks are sitting in a lot waiting for some mystery part to be installed that was not available during our build week of 8/8. Dealer's visibility report shows nothing and Ford CS can only say "pending update" and tell me that they have sent an update request to the logistics department.
It's my understanding that if you have a VIN, you're getting a MY22 but who really knows? If all the parts are available when you hit the production line, looks like a truck can be built in as little as 20 hours. If they are missing a part & your truck gets put in a lot, all bets are off as to when your truck will be completely "built" & move out of the "in production" status. We just wish Ford provided us or at least the dealer, with updated information instead of being in limbo in "pending update" status.See now this is what has me worried. Literally everyone except a few people on this forum who constantly "wonder" about this.who really knows?
