Ford CS gave me TTGX992602, will ask for a manager at the dealership the next time I call. Then try again tomorrow.

That doesn't seem right. My truck was on the same rail car from Mexico to Georgia. Stop in at your dealership and get a copy of the VVR repor. That will have the rail car number on it

Hopefully both our production dates in October aren’t as much nail biters as that Sunday game! I guess whether we make it across the model year 22 goal line would be the equivalent

Ford had said 9/1, but the tracker says 9/6. I'm not sure which is correct.

Anyone have any info on how long from build to ship? My 2022 completed on September 6, but is still awaiting shipment to California. Has it not shipped or is it on the way but the tracker has not been updated?

Welcome to the waiting on shipping club. Mine was built Aug 28th. originally they said sept 22 -sept 28th ETA to my dealer. Yesterday Ford changed that to Oct 22nd??? Problems with the railroad they said.

Believe some have access to the visibility report. There is also the CS # the chat seems hit or miss. There is the secondary status and believe a comment as chip hold. Seen it on one of @fordvideoguy Tuesday youtube live meeting and questions. Remember he can only look up his dealerships orders.

Did you ever get a "Your vehicle is scheduled to be built..." email from Ford?


I got a "build week" from chat on 9/14 - and the "Your vehicle is scheduled to be built" email I got on on 9/24 was for a week later. I only checked with chat once every couple of months, though - so I guess it could have been pushed back several times already?

Yup! I’ve gotten the email on the last three push backs. So at least I know the notification system is working at Ford. Haha

From customer service which had the location as Arizona. The dealers visibility report shows at Junction Point 09/24/2022 10:35AM and there she sits. CS told me that once it is picked up in Arizona, the ship date will populate and will have a railcar #.

Would be nice for those ahead of me if you can confirm the date will appear under Shipped and the railcar# is available after being picked up from Arizona - junction point.

Will add the orderapp is still showing Convey instead of Rail.

Well talked with the BDC manager and he told me that was one of the last ones scheduled. That 2 behind me, one was rolled over and the other cancelled. Also said they only had 11 orders and allocations for 7. Told him that I thought the 7 allocation was not the total but 40% will be added for turnover allocations. Which means and they could put in a few stock orders for EB XLT hitch and done and one with FX4.

Called Ford CS and was told "Congratulations your Maverick is produced and will ship ohh, mm says here between September 6 and 12th, that cannot be right".
I feel sorry for the CS people, Ford doesn't seem able to communicate with anybody.
Guess my truck is still sitting out on the back 40 waiting for someone to install a chip or hitch or something.
I agree with JAC now I regret removing constraints to get my truck earlier..

Mine shipped 9/10. According to CS, it arrived in Cayce, SC on 9/24. Not bad. Now it just has to convoy up here to me in NC. Fingers crossed it makes the 10/5-10/11 estimate.
