Can't take long, a week ago Ford customer service said I would probably be a 23 called Fri and I had a VIN and production week
Got the Ford Update/Delay email last Thursday after not getting it the first time around so checked in.
Welp, no window sticker today. So i asked for an update via chat. My build date has been pushed back to 10/3/22. I'm telling you, some people with VIN's arent going to get 22's. Not sure how this will be resolved.
Tim @fordvideoguy has said more than once he expects everyone with a VIN to get a 2022. The calendar year has more than four full months to go. Can’t see any reason Ford can’t move the 2022 model production end date into late November or December if they want to.
Ha ha, that's funny, yes Ford could do a lot of things differently and better with the Maverick if they want to.
If Ford is willing to fly me down, I will work for Free on New Years Eve helping build the 2022 models until the very last minute. I have little to no mechanical ability, but even I should be able help install the little orange tray in the interior. With some additional training, maybe even nail in the Ford logo on the front grill.
Man I don't want to be the bearer of FUD but... are you sure you're getting a hybrid? This timeline would make a lot more sense (for a couple reasons) as an Ecoboost order.My XLT Hybrid with trailer hitch being the only option that was placed in mid-November 2021 was built last Friday. It went In Production in early July for a few weeks, went back to Order Confirmed for a few weeks, finally went back In Production in mid-August and was finally Built on August 26th.
You have a VIN? If so, doesn't that mean your scheduled, and that priority 2 is no longer an important attribute? When is your projected build week?
Just going by what the person on chat told me. I can take a screenshot of order tracking showing my 11/15 order date.

Yeah. Excited, although I was expecting to be a 23 at this point. The chat was confusing. She gave me a date and then priority. And I asked for clarification cuz she said I was still in order processing. Upon clarification she gave me a VIN, which was able to enter in the tracker.
