Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

I just viewed a Maverick on television. On the History Channel there is a new show titled "Dirty Old Cars". The owner of one detail shop in Morgantown, NC drives a Maverick.

Yes I caught that also - it jumped out at me from the screen especially since it was wrapped ( or whatever the current term is ) .
They are getting around…..

I have been trying to figure out what the trim level is but can not tell. I normally go to the rims but those have been changed. I do love the wrap though.

I've been watching for Mav's since ordering one 10/21 (and still waiting). Here in Greenville SC, I've seen a total of 8 Mav's in that time. (One is a hybrid XLT belonging to the city, that I see frequently.) Recently took a trip to NYS along I-85, I-77, I-81, and I-87. Saw a sum total of zero Mavericks on the trip up and back.

I probably see one or two every week around Atlanta...and I don't get out much working from home. They are building up!

Passed a black Lariat near a railroad crossing close to my work on my way home last week. I was practically right next to him when I saw him; believe it’s the same one I’ve seen 3-4 times over the past year or so.

Two weeks ago I saw a Carbonized Gray with a Ky plate parked at a fast food place.

I guess I average seeing one every 2-3 weeks.

They're a dime a dozen here in Southern California (Los Angeles Metro area). I see them on a daily basis, especially the XL's and XLT's. The Lariat models are not as common.

I saw some Mavs. Just yesterday from DC to Bryce, VA this time in the Mav, saw some Mavericks. Saw one parked at the ski area as well. I'm at 300 some miles. First fill up from half full was only 6 gallons, about 265 miles. That's 44 mpg.

So we live in a mid sized city in a populous state with 5 Ford dealers within 30 miles of each other but I have only seen 7 actual rigs and only at the dealers.
Today I spotted this fresh off the truck Hybrid Lariat at a dealer awaiting its prep time... first eyes on a Lariat and hybrid for me personally. Never have seen a truck out on the road. I have seen and touched an XL, XLT, AWD and now this white Lariat. Like I said 7 total in the mix.
I am a car/truck guy and can spot vehicles way off........ just not seeing many yet. I know they are being built and sold but it’s odd for me not to see someone out showing their new truck off
I feel deprived...., yet hopeful when deliveries ramp up.

i see them every week now. not counting that 3 of us at work have them.

I've seen a few, but not many. Did see one in Nogales Mexico and one in Tombstone AZ beyond the two I've seen locally (Illinois side of Metro St Louis).

I had never seen one or even heard of them. Then I saw one on the road (Area 51) that really stood out. Color stood out. Then I had to look up "Maverick" online. When I found out there was a Hybrid, and I was an original Escape Hybrid owner from 2005 to 2019, I had to have one.
Went and got one soon after.
See one a week maybe.

Met someone at Home Depot the other day. The dude was excited to see an XL hybrid of mine. He told me his same truck was scheduled for April. It's a good feeling to see someone excited about my truck.

I still have only seen two other Mavericks, and both were far from home. None seen in my area. Some folks that have seen mine have asked me what it is; they have no idea. The local dealer has not had one on the lot yet.

I live in SE Michigan, about 30 miles from Ford World Headquarters. I've had my Maverick for a little over a month. I have seen less than 10 Mavericks on the road. Funny enough is that one of them was in my church parking lot, same truck as mine, XLT in Carbonized Gray...lol.
