Greenville, SC
Ordered from George Coleman Ford in Traveler's Rest.
Still waiting for delivery after 530+ days. It made it to Columbia via rail ten days ago.
Now, it's on a transport truck, somewhere between Columbia and here.
Transport driver probably has my truck out enjoying himself for...
@AutobahnSHO
"Why do you say the motors are working? The truck is in neutral to tow..."
I have no personal knowledge of the inner workings of the hybrid drive train, other than what I've read. (I'm still waiting for delivery; heading towards day 600) But, it seems GPSman does know the...
Question regarding the odometer: Since, in theory, the engine is not running (even though it looks like the electric motors are working hard) does the odometer register mileage on a trip while acting as a toad? So, if the Maverick gets towed 500 miles does that additional mileage...
571 days as of May 20 for me. XLT hybrid is built and on the train. Promised by first week in June. I hope all the hybrid gremlins have been fixed by now, but it doesn't sound like it. It looks like I'll miss joining the 600 club by a month.
StinDaMin - Thanks for the update. After 550 days, what's another 3 weeks? But, I'm trying to check everyday to make sure it doesn't get sold out from underneath me.
@paneubert - Great idea. I'll give the robot to robot a try. Whatever happened to human to human?
@StinDaMin - I have tried typing the letters / numbers. Nothing is recognized. My phone is not the problem because it works everywhere else for automated attendants.
I am not having any success with the CSX help line. It refuses to recognize my 'T'. The automated attendant is hearing 'J'. Any idea how I should pronounce letters? It also doesn't work if I try to type the letters.
Trying to track TTGX982375 headed for Columbia SC. Any help...
My hybrid shipped the 25th. #TTGX982375. CSX says it's in Tucson. But it was last updated on 5/2. Should I be calling UP instead? The automated systems are a bear. Any help appreciated.
I posit that just as the Maverick was being loaded on the train, a group of desperate villains from a drug cartel made off with the vehicle and hence the disappearance from the tracker.
I believe the local population may have figured out that the easiest way to obtain a new vehicle is 'picking...
Ordered 10/25/21. Got scheduled this February with a week of April 22nd build date. Checked last week and had already gone into production; a big week ahead of time. Now the tracker is not finding my order, so I'm hoping they're just changing it to 'built'.
The big question now, is do I...
My Hybrid (original order date 10/25/21) was scheduled for week of 4/21. Checked today and is already in production. PCM and BCE modules are lit up and the window sticker is available. Miracles do happen. But, perhaps I should delay saying that until I pick it up and receive the Private...
Day 501. Ordered October 25, 2021. Hybrid XLT. Received a VIN in February this year and a scheduled build date in April that has since disappeared.
It seems the majority of posters here have a truck that's built and some that are delivered, so I'm optimistic I'll get a truck this...
I don't think there is any new news here, as far as the Maverick production goes. This is a reiteration of the addition of a 3rd shift in Hermosillo beginning in July. That, and maybe a few less siesta periods.
Thank you for the information. I do have the FB certificate; before the dealer was able to track down the private offer. I have both numbers and I will reconfirm they are both current before the truck arrives. (I know it's got to show up some time. I have a VIN.) Thanks again...
Can anyone confirm that the Farm Bureau discount can be combined with the private offer? My dealer is saying one or the other but not both. I'm scheduled to be built April 17th.
Ordered 10/25/21. 489 days so far. Hybrid XLT. 10/22 - Hitch receiver removed. Added SIBL / Cargo Mgmt special.
Scheduled week of 4/10/23. No, wait, scheduled week of 4/17. No, wait, removed from schedule.
But, at least I've got a VIN. That still shows up. And it's more than a...
