Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

Didn’t see any on a regular basis up until about a week ago. Some stuff must’ve delivered in my area or something. I’m seeing about one a day when out and about.

My wife and I just got back from a 3400 mile road trip from the Seattle area to Las Cruces, NM and back (sadly, not in a Maverick but in our 2013 Mazda3 HB with six-speed manual). I spotted exactly one Maverick on that trip — an ecoBoost 4WD model (I forget the color) with several bales of hay and a few other bits in the bed. It was on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe, late last week.

I saw one at the gym the other day and walked around it a few times and peeped in the windows. Hopefully the owner didn't think I was casing the joint. #MaverickStalker

Saw a brand new shiny white Maverick with paper plates. Looking so good against the black trim. Like a Star Wars Storm Trooper. So total Maverick seen up to 15!

I've seen a few here in the Bay Area, CA, in fact someone on the very next block of my street has one. They got theirs shortly before I got mine (I don't know the person). I also had an interesting drive from Oakland to The Ford Store in Morgan Hill in my Maverick, about a 60 mile trip. For the first half of the trip a Maverick Hybrid was following directly behind me, then he passed me and I followed behind him all the way to Morgan Hill where he got off the road one exit before I did. I predict they will be everywhere before too long.

10/14/22 SIDE NOTE: Since writing this on September 9 I haven't seen any Maverick other than my own. Where did they all go?

I finally saw another one on the freeway this morning. Not a hybrid though. I think people must be selling the hybrids and shipping them out of the area because I was seeing them here & there when I got mine in July. Not much action now.

Quite the Christmas surprise as we have two newly minted Mavericks within a two block radius of our home.
1 Eco and the hybrid Cactus Grey……
Go figure and maybe ‘23 will be your merry Maverick year.

Saw two within a 5 minute period during a very short trip to local Home Depot. Catcus Gray was loaded up with concrete bags and winding her way out of the lot. Then, on my way back home saw a Cyber Orange (first one I've seen) going the opposite way. Several days before as I was pulling into a Costco lot, an Alto Blue was pulling out. Waved to the driver, but he gave one of those 'do-I-know-you?' awkward waves back.

for like a year I saw Zero, in the past couple months I've seen like 10 other than mine in the area I live in. Seeing more and more "real" Bronco's also, plus numerous Bronco Sports

I saw two on Mossy Fords lot today. XLT's. One at $49,815 the other at $51, 735. That's nuts!! You could buy 2 mavericks for the price of on of these two. Crazy time to buy a car.

I have not read all 43 pages of posts so apologies if it has been mentioned already but part of the reason may be the hundreds of pre owned Mavericks for sale on every website in the country sitting on car lots and driveways waiting for someone to pay tons over MSRP. Just sayin'

Are these CarMax type vehicles or are you seeing used
( truly used - as in trade in vehicles) at dealerships? I have not seen many used trucks on Ford lots in my area.
