Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

I’ve seen exactly 2 in person since they have come out, both times on the road. I’ve seen a good handful of santa cruzes around though. All I can say is I’m kinda glad I dont like the look of the Santa Cruz. Besides it’s looks, I’m sure it’s probably a nicer car (yes car! where mav still looks like a truck at least) otherwise than the mav, at additional cost of course, and it is a Hyundai. no being tempted by one of those.

I've seen <10 so far in the wild. They aren't the most common, but they're around.

Seen two in the wild, took photos of them too because they've been pretty rare in my area. One of them was a contractor truck White XLT with an over-bed railing carrying a couch on top of it, and the other was a Area 51 Hybrid XLT.

I saw about 4 all of last year, total. Then a local dealer had 3 used about a month ago, and just yesterday I saw 3 on the road while driving around. They're out there, they may just be hiding!

I've seen about two or three per month since April. But I have taken several hundred mile trips this summer and not one. I have been on the road for 1500 miles this week and haven't seen one yet except mine. I saw one Santa Cruz in Mobile, AL.

I'm new here, just joined. Have not read all 42 pages of this thread. I saw the first one in the wild out on the road I have noticed just today. Red, HILTI tools logos and a sheet-metal cap of some kind. I didn't get close enough to see what trim level it was....

I've seen very few static - one of the local dealers had four on the lot and I've driven one of those. All were EcoBoosts. I ordered Lariat hybrid.

So we live in a mid sized city in a populous state with 5 Ford dealers within 30 miles of each other but I have only seen 7 actual rigs and only at the dealers.
Today I spotted this fresh off the truck Hybrid Lariat at a dealer awaiting its prep time... first eyes on a Lariat and hybrid for me personally. Never have seen a truck out on the road. I have seen and touched an XL, XLT, AWD and now this white Lariat. Like I said 7 total in the mix.
I am a car/truck guy and can spot vehicles way off........ just not seeing many yet. I know they are being built and sold but it’s odd for me not to see someone out showing their new truck off
I feel deprived...., yet hopeful when deliveries ramp up.

Saw my 2nd Mav on the road in Metro Atlanta. Black Lariat Hybrid. Lots of Ford dealers here. Seems strange I’ve seen so few.

There is an Eco-boost in Velo Blue that lives up the street from me. I don't want to bug the guy but I see him all the time. Other than that I have seen 1 other and it was a contractor truck looking just like the one on page 1.

From When I received my Maverick in May of this year to just about September 1st, I only saw two. But after September 1st until now, I see a different one every few of days.

I live in Tennessee and hardly see any of them. Funny thing is, I saw more on vacation in the week I was in Hawaii than I have here in months! You’d think it would be harder to get them there!

Over the last 4 days I’ve seen 3 hybrids including mine. So yeah they are getting out there slowly.
